Let’s just get this out of the way: Noble Brothers Burgers in Waterford is not playing around. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill, frozen-patty, ketchup-and-regret burger joint. No, sir. This is the kind of place that makes you question every life decision that led you to eat anywhere else before.
My wife and I rolled in and ordered like two people who know greatness when they see it: one Noble Burger (because we’re smart, obviously), one patty melt (because we believe in science and butter), and a glorious order of fries fried in actual beef tallow—because flavor still matters in this cold, kale-obsessed world. Oh, and root beers. Two of them. Because we’re adults, but fun ones.
The fries? Crispy, golden, and delicious enough to start a fistfight over. The Noble Burger was a masterclass in balance: juicy patty, perfectly melted cheese, and toppings that didn’t feel like an afterthought thrown on in a panic. The patty melt? Oh honey, that thing should have its own Netflix documentary. Toasted bread, melty cheese, caramelized onions—honestly, I needed a moment alone with it.
Also—shout out to the price tag: the whole glorious feast was $21. That’s less than a sad meal at a fast food drive-thru and roughly one-sixth the price of a bougie burger in Milwaukee that tastes like cardboard and student loan debt.
Now, pro tip for first-timers: Noble Brothers is outdoor seating only. That’s right—Mother Nature is your dining room. So plan accordingly. If it’s sunny, bask in the burger-blessed glow. If it’s cold, bring a hoodie and embrace your inner Wisconsinite. Either way, the food’s worth it.
And let’s not forget portion size. I’m 6'4", 225 pounds, and have been known to treat single patties like warm-up acts. But this quarter-pound burger? It delivered. Flavorful, filling, and satisfying enough that I didn’t need to pillage the pantry when I got home. That’s a win.
So yeah—run, don’t walk, to Noble Brothers. Tell your taste buds you're sorry for the years of neglect and give them what they deserve. And Noble Bros, if you’re reading this: never change. You’re tallow-fried perfection in a...

Had the Noble Burger (Noble sauce = basically a spicy Big Mac sauce), fries, and root beer. Cashier asked if I wanted handmade ketchup --I said sure.
This was an amazing burger. Smash burger style, pickles, onion, that sauce. Not all wet and drippy, more in the neater/ drier side, like a well made burger at a cookout. Well seasoned. Nicely cooked with textbook smash burger lace around the edges.
Fries were outstanding. Crispy outside and fluffy steamy inside. Well salted. The ketchup was sweeter and more tomato-ie than store bought. Very very good.
Root beer was also very good. Right up there in the top tier root beer class.
We will absolutely be back to this gem.
...only drawback is no tables. Just the hot asphalt parking lot. Some crummy picnic tables over in the grass on the side/back of the building, but eating in a side alley sliver of grass is sort of a let down compared to food. My advice: take it with you and eat it at a park or somewhere nice. Or in your car...
Read moreWhen we discovered this place last summer it was a straight up 6/5 stars! The burgers were hand formed with the perfect balance of fat to protein and perfect grilled with beautifully browned and crispy edges and tender beefy insides. Amazing! Fries outstanding and homemade ketchup and sauces are great! I have told everyone about the “best burger around” Sadly the last two burgers I had were the uniform gray of a burger cooked in water or steam and rubbery. Not sure what happened but I am sad! I hope it’s just rushing and not letting that sear happen and overcooking instead of low quality meat. That can be remedied easy enough. There is nothing like a properly done burger and my husband was happy he was getting off so cheap too! Not that the burgers are cheap it’s just burgers at a takeout only place are much cheaper than sit...
