The hours on google said seven, so my fiancé and I came at five fifteen. We didn’t notice the sign on the door that said they close at 5:30. Our drinks were both made incorrectly and when we had to ask for them to be remade TWICE the girls behind the counter were very rude. We sat down to have our drinks and instead of telling us that they were closed they proceeded to LOUDLY talk crudely about us as they worked. Saying things like “who comes in at close and just sits there??” WHEN WE DIDNT KNOW. They could have just asked us to leave and we would have, but instead they didn’t say anything until five minutes after they closed and we had to unlock the door and let ourselves out. Very childlike behavior. We love Caribou so so much, but this is just so so disappointing that they would hire people who behave like this towards others. We are usually very kind, I wasn’t angry or demanding when having our drinks remade, and I even apologized. But treating us like we are lesser beings for not being aware of the closing time (taped very small on the front door) is not acceptable. Just ask...
Read moreWednesday, August 23, 2017. Caribou, as good as the coffee is, gets a 2 rating on poor customer service. I am from out of town , here for my sister's surgery. I am meeting the whole family at the hospital at 6am. Bringing bagels and coffee. I checked the website and it said the cafe opened at 5am. I get to the restaurant and the sign said open The hours in the window said 5am, but the were closed. This was at 6:45. I get back in the car and go to the drive through, all lit up and the manager in the window. I ask if they are open as there is every indication they are, she proceeds to tell me they just changed their hours TODAY. 6am open. Really? She then tells me there is a Starbucks down the road. Read moreThis was my favorite Caribou in town. Since it's started to get a little cooler outside and all the wonderful pumpkin flavors come out. My wife and I started to come back almost daily for coffee. Only problem is in the last few weeks service has gone down quite a lot. Takes about 2.5x longer to get drinks and about 30% of the time, either someone in front of me or myself often get handed or offered a coffee we didn't order. They do give us the coffee for free if we wait to long but I'd rather pay and leave within 5 mins.

This is no longer an issue. Go here 3-5 times a week. So much so the ladies know my wife's phone number for perks....
