Other Place — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

The service here was very very poor and the food wasn’t far behind. We had to get up and ask for drink refills two times while our server played on her phone. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no green peppers. She came back later and asked what kind of meat I wanted. I told her chicken again. When my quesadilla came it had green peppers on it. I told her I said no peppers. She walked away with my plate and came right back saying they weren’t green peppers, they were green onions. I tasted one and told her it was green peppers and asked to order something else. I ordered a burger and fries at that point. I waited 20-25 minutes for that meal and it came out burned on the edges. I just got back from the other place, and yes I’m talking about this place. Emma was our server and she did a great job. Anyone that has her should receive perfect service. I ordered the turkey sub and man that was pretty good. Emma was also filling up my water left and right. She made sure I was hydrated at all costs. Since Emma wouldn’t let me take a break from drinking water I left to go use the bathroom. I come back and I see the hostess has my wallet.
