Honestly if I could’ve put ZERO stars I damn sure would have!! I did my daughter’s 5th birthday there and bought the floatin’ on air package.. I spent $299.95 total on her birthday party after taxes and absolutely nothing extra.. When in all honesty I could have paid for each of her 10 guests to jump separately and it would’ve saved me $118.20. I went in the bathroom ONLY one stall was in working order out of the 4 they had. I ended up having to plunge 2 of those 4 stalls myself in order for people to use the restroom and then I finally am able to go and there’s absolutely ZERO toilet paper in the stall I was in.. the manager on duty came into the restroom while this was happening and changed the garbage in there (because another guest had complained about it being way too full) I’m literally yelling over and over again for my 5 year old to please get me some toilet paper and mind you the “manager” on duty was in the restroom changing the garbage and didn’t even bother to assist me or even stock it whatsoever EVEN AFTER my daughter got me some and I left the restroom. They claim you get a “host” for your party well not once did they even ask if we needed anything else or if everything was okay with the party. The only time the “host” (that I didn’t even know we had until they were asking if I was going to tip them or not) said a single word to any of us at all was when we were cleaning everything up for them and they were asking when I was going to finish paying. (Mind you I tried to pay as soon as we had arrived at Get Air and they told me I had to wait). They also forgot to give the people in my party wristbands and so halfway through the party they just end up handing me a stack of pink ones and mention to me we were all suppose to have one on. The package claims to come with a free jump pass for the birthday child.. which I actually had to ask them for or I never would have received.
Worst $300 I’ve ever spent in my entire life. Definitely won’t be having another one of my children’s birthdays there ever again. -_-
.. mind you my 4 and 5 year old literally LOVE this place and bug me, not even kidding, at least 2/3 times a day.. if not more.. to go to the “jumpy place”. So this experience was very disappointing to say the least.
I’ve noticed ALOT of negative comments about them regarding the sanitary conditions of this place but more so about the restrooms. Someone needs to call someone about this.. because it DEFINITELY NEEDS to change it’s very...

The Friday and Saturday glow nights are a great idea, but it’s really really dark. We had to use our phones to walk some places. There are also lots of older kiddos (which better to be here than out getting in trouble) but they play rough and bring a football sometimes to kick across the big area and take up a huge section. So maybe these nights are aimed for older kiddos. More laser glow lights would be super helpful! My 6 year old loves coming but isn’t crazy about these nights.
We had a birthday here and it was great, 2 hours for jump time, pizza, cake and presents is a tight squeeze. Also, you have to make sure to ask for the treats and goody bags or you may leave without them! Luckily Mike showed up at the end and got us taken care of! I’d suggest asking for the goody bags when you arrive, they are cute and already put together, but it was such a busy birthday, I didn’t remember all of the extra things during the party. The one month free pass for birthday kiddo makes the cost worth it also!!
I definitely recommend coming here! Lots of freedom for kiddos to...
Read moreA few friends and myself went, as this is the only place around that is like this (an open, area to just basically run and jump around). The place is certainly geared more towards teens and kids, however it was still quite fun. My only gripe is that the dodgeball area is absolutely unregulated, and was constantly being used by small children. While I understand that the place is geared towards that, there are others who enjoy dodgeball, and I certainly didn't want to play with and subsequently risk hurting, a small child just for my enjoyment, thus our group sat out. The open area (no nets or anything) is awesome and great for generally just burning energy. There is a small obstacle course as well which is fun. Overall, if you're looking for a place to take your kids, it's great. If you're a young adult looking for a place to screw around with your friends, you might consider looking elsewhere as get air is not quite large enough for this, and is much more focused on the kids (which, for a town like Waterloo, this is fantastic). Overall I...
