Matthew was extremely outgoing and positive, greeted us the moment we walked into the store. The store was very busy and I only saw one other employee while we looked around.. We found what we needed pretty quickly on our own, and check out with Matthew was easy. However, as we were checking out and trying to pay, an older woman (employee) interrupted us with no apology to tell Matthew and the other emoloyee (who was also doing paperwork on a sale) that they needed to stop what they were doing and go "help in the back". Both Matthew and the other gentleman (who seemed nice but I did not get his name) said they would as soon as they were finished with their current customers. The woman stood there making comments of what they were doing wrong and what they should be doing. Never once did she acknowledge me or my kids standing there trying to buy a bed. In fact, when I went to leave the check out area, she actually stood in my way talking to a 3rd employee that had walked up. I got a good price on a bed for my daughter, if it hadn't been for that I really would have left without purchasing only because...

Matt Diamond goes above and beyond to cater to every situation. Alex and Zae (spelling?) who deliver the furniture are the most helpful, hardest working, kind and polite young men that you could want to know. Even while they're both nursing injuries, they go above and beyond to help get your stuff out to you and into your home. They had to move our sectional couch up and in two different times and up two different sets of the steepest stairs I've ever been on. THEN, they came all the way back and we weren't home. THEN, Alex came ALL THE WAY BACK, BY HIMSELF and helped my husband my husband move the sectional they first brought back out and moved the different sectional in. THESE GUYS ARE BEASTS. Purchased my bed back in March. I always wait a while to leave a review in order that's its fair and honest. Reviews are extremely important for any business... good or bad. I can honestly say I'm very pleased with the purchase I made. It's without a doubt the best bed I've ever bought. The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend everyone check out FDM before making any purchase. I not only found exactly what I was looking for...I saved nearly $400 at FDM vs. another local furniture store.
