Vintage Wine Bar — Restaurant in Waterloo

I’ve now hosted another event here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and venue! If you’re on the fence about hosting your event here, don’t hesitate—this is the place! I’m so impressed that I already have three more events booked after my next one!

This is definitely one of my favorite places to go on any given day. They have my favorite drink, the summer sangria, and the music and atmosphere are always on point. The service and quality are consistently fantastic, and the front-of-house staff does an amazing job with customers. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone leave unhappy!

However, this review is focused on how wonderful it is to host an event here. Vintage Wine Bar is getting a five-star review no matter what, but I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Fern was absolutely fantastic to work with. The venue was clean, ready, and as beautiful as always. I hosted a medium-scale ladies’ night party, and after this amazing experience, I’ve already booked five more events with them. I will definitely be recommending their venue to others regularly.

Absolutely love this place! Due to the weather and my first venue not being able to accommodate us, I was last minute finding a venue for the my sisters bridal shower (2 days before). Haley, the event coordinator, was amazing and was able to let us throw my sisters dream bridal shower! She worked out every detail with me and made sure everything was good to go! When I got there, everything was ready. The bar manager was also a HUGE help and so nice! She made sure we had drinks the whole time we were there. The whole venue is beautiful, and the vault with the handmade tables is stunning! Definitely recommend this place...

Love this place! Amazing staff, great music and delicious drinks! It's hard to understand reviews like Rick's below, especially when they lack specificity. Assuming he knew it was a live music venue not sure what his expectations were on volume. I'm guessing he was expecting table service & failed to realize there was one bartender & no table staff.(need to place your order at the bar) I'm sure Rick is a nice guy, who had an off night and not just a guy that leaves negative reviews, without paying any attention to his surroundings.
