I used the Burger King app to place an order for myself and a coworker in advance for drive-thru pickup. I was already running a bit behind, so I was counting on a smooth experience — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Right away, I noticed something was off. I received my email confirmation at 21 minutes past the hour (the actual time I placed the order), but the app showed that the order was placed at 13 minutes past and would be ready by 15 past — somehow 6 minutes before I actually ordered it. The app also showed only a 2-minute prep time, even though it initially flashed an estimate of 5–7 minutes.
By the time I arrived (10 minutes later), the restaurant and drive-thru were completely empty. Despite that, my order hadn’t even been started. I watched as the lone employee kindly and efficiently prepared everything from scratch only after I got to the window.
This defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead — it added stress instead of saving time. On top of that, the rewards points expire, which makes them feel more like a gimmick than a true benefit.
That said, the food was good, and the employee working was absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and professional. She deserves 5 stars on her own. But overall, the experience was disappointing.
Burger King, please fix the app and ordering system — it could be such a helpful tool if it actually worked...

The restrooms here are cleaner then most 5 star restaurants, with exceptionally clean and welcoming dining areas. The music they play is always positive, upbeat and family friendly. I have noticed that everything is made to order, no food is left on standby -everything is always fresh. Speed of service is phenomenal with very caring, well trained employees in both the drive through and front counter area. Someone is always cleaning, and the employees are always well groomed with a professional appearance, with refreshingly positive attitudes. This is the most welcoming, well managed, clean and family friendly restaurant I have ever had the privilege to dine in.
Management is astonishing to say the least, I have never seen a general manager care so much about her restaurant.

Literally 1 person in the store, 7pm on a wed night, at least 4 employees, only 2 people in line, only ordered 1 meal and two small sides, and they tell me to pull around and wait. Ok no problem, then 9-10 minutes pass by as a couple cars pull up. Then the guy next to me gets his food who was waiting before me and another 4 min go by. Ok seriously? So I go in, wait a couple min and the food is ready. Great news! It tastes old and stale and just plain. Really? Step up ur game, don't apply for a job that you really don't care about at all, I don't care if you were a janitor or a Ceo, get ur s* together people. And you want $15 an hour? Come on...
