Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wauconda

We ordered a large hand tossed pizza, and when the order arrived, we got the wrong pizza. It was a medium and was not the type we ordered. We were totally understanding of the situation, so we called them to get our pizza. The manager answered the phone and immediately had a snarky tone. He told us that we had to return the other pizza, even though we have been waiting for an hour. He then cussed at us because we said that we wanted to keep both pizza's, and we never said anything wrong. He then hung up on us. We called back because we wanted a refund because we payed for a large pizza and received a medium. Then, another employee answered, and was super kind, but told us that the manager said to hang up on all of our calls. The manger was very rude, ignorant, and had terrible customer service skills. All in all, the manager was very terrible to us, and we payed for a large pizza and bread bites, but only received a medium pizza. We will not be buying from this...

I placed my order on the app today at 11:45am and I only placed it because it said it should be delivered in about 24 minutes from submitting it. At 11:46am the app said Brandon started prepping my order. Then nothing happened for 30 minutes! My pizza didn’t get put into the oven until 12:15pm! I called the store to see what was going on and spoke to Brandon. He said that there were deliveries before me and since he put my pizza in the oven just now, it would be at least another 10 minutes before my order would be out for delivery. No apology at all. If my order was going to take much longer than the app stated, I should have at least gotten a call about the delay. I ordered food and there were mistakes. I called and they were very understanding about it. Talked to Tyler. Gave me a "credit." I then Called a week later and ordered some food that was about half my credit. Called again a few days later to redeem the other half. They told me that a credit is the same thing as a coupon, that it's a 1 time thing. (Never was I told that a credit and a coupon were the same thing). They continued to talk over me.
