Brooke was new to the store and was awesome! Very sweet young lady and was very good with helping my granddaughter’s order! The manager on duty today is excellent with his staff, constantly giving them compliments, helping them and was very good explaining to Brooke when she had questions. They let me know right as we came in that bread was coming out of the oven in 3 minutes since the order before me was a huge catering order that was a walk in order, not an issue! I am so happy we waited since the service her was 110% The store was very clean, the restroom was super clean and all the staff were very friendly! two bad delivery experiences. First time they delivered to my house I placed an order at 10:40 and it arrived at 11:52. Oh and the sandwhich wasn’t right so I called and they said they can replace it or give me a coupon for next time I come. I asked for them to replace it and asked how long it would take and I was told 15min and guess what?? Another 40min later and I got my sand which. This happened last week Today I ordered and they must’ve remembered I called and asked them to bring the right sand which because they forgot my cookie, never had a problem with Jimmy Johns before but this location just isn’t it! now I know which one not to order...

2:30 Saturday afternoon drivethru, no other customer vehicles. Ordered 2 Jimmy Junior turkey sandwiches with Cheese @ $3.99 each. Two lemonades. The employee said the total was $22+. We said no way. Drove on to the window. Price corrected. Employee now tells us they only have enough turkey for one sandwich and they were out of the bread it usually came on. We cancelled one sandwich. Refund. Sandwich delivered thru the window after an extended time. Lemonade? She still had to pour the lemonade. SMH. Get the sandwich home and unwrapped. On whole grain bread.
