Just had our first visit to Tito's pizzeria, and wow—what a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! This charming, family-run pizzeria delivers on all fronts: friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. It is a new business with growth potential, as such please show some grace. We need to support our community businesses!

You can taste the love and tradition in every bite. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and the sauce—bright, flavorful, and clearly homemade—tied everything together beautifully. We tried the classic pepperoni and wings.

The owners are incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. It’s clear they’ve poured their hearts into this place, and it shows.

First off, I just want to say that is it always encouraging to see a new business open in Waukegan and I Wish them the best. I ordered a 14 inch two topping pizza. The Pizza was good maybe a little undercooked ( I like it well done) next time I would order it well done, like I usually do from other pizza places. My complaint with them is that it appears that if you want to order for take out you CANNOT call in the order. The only way to order is to place online which charges a $3.00 fee and ask for a tip (which I feel obligated to give) so after tip and Fees that 14 inch two topping pizza cost just under $28 which end up being more expensive than other local established pizza restaurants. It would be nice if they offered an option to call in the order without forcing a $3.00 fee. I will try them again hopefully they will work some kinks out of...

Since I live close, I’d passed by a couple times daily, so when they opened, I figured I’d give them a try…Submitted my online order at which had a $3 online ordering fee…I get it being a new spot and all)…message says food will be ready @ 8:09…I get there at 8:12…part of my order was $7.99 large fry/32 oz. drink upgrade…they don’t have fountain drinks so I ask the young lady at the register about it and she thinks it was a typo as they only had 12 oz. drinks so she gives me 2 of those, but my order isn’t ready so I have her hold the drinks and I’d get them as I leave…she did thank me for my patience…get food at 8:25…feels light as i’m walking to the truck…check bag and no fries…go back in they make me fries…get back in truck to head home at 8:37…food was decent…maybe i’ll give Tito’s a 2nd...
