To my fellow Black, Hispanic, White, and all communities who believe food and cakes should be made with love and served with dignity: avoid this business. What I experienced was the complete opposite—bitter attitudes, unprofessional conduct, and a clear lack of integrity.

I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses, but I refuse to spend my hard-earned money where the customer is treated like a nuisance. The cake I received was a disaster—misspelled, sloppy, and looked like a toddler had written on it.

I have been a customer for years now. I always order cakes for any event here. Most recently I order one for father's day. I called and especially asked if they could draw a mustache on the cake which the lady said that she was not sure if they were able to but would put it on the notes. When I arrived they had cakes with plastic mustaches and I thought maybe they added one of these on mine. When the lady gave me mine she explained that they weren't able to draw it and I totally understood but asked if there was anyway that I could get at least a plastic one and mind you they are tiny plastic decoratios. She replied that they didn't have anymore and she couldn't give me one. This made me so upset because it shows that they don't go out their way and truly don't care about...

Food is great. Customer service is 50/50. Sometimes the person at the front is super nice and cheerful, then another person will be angry/rude or treat you like they're doing you a favor. Lady, I just want to buy some tamales it's not that serious.

They seem to have a big issue with people ordering tamales over the phone. Seems some people order them but don't pick up. I get it, you lose out on a sale. Want the solution? Make them pay over the phone. If they don't pick up their order, oh well, you got the money. Now stop acting all rude to customers.

I've been going to this place for years, but now I think I'm just gunna find another place that makes good tamales. Just don't need the rudeness. Hope y'all find...
