Ordered food online for drive thru pickup. Pulled up to speaker and gave my name, they said "orders all ready, just pull forward." Great! When I pulled around to pick up window, there was a car in front of me. I assume that car ordered at the drive thru speaker. Idk if they ordered fries or curds (which they fry fresh for every order, which makes both taste so good) but it takes like 5 minutes to fry those. The turkey came with only turkey and lettuce. No tomato, onion or mayo, not sure why. The Italian special came with the meat in a ball all on one end of the bread. I ended up “rebuilding” the sandwich when I got home. I’ll continue to visit Cousins, but I’d like the staff to take a little more pride in the product...
