Great flavor and variety of options. Hubby & I shared the pollo a las brasas (pictured). Perfect for the two of us. We ordered extra beans for the baby (7mo old). The gentleman checked if cheese on top was ok which I thought was thoughtful and very considerate! The plate came with three types of salsas which all had amazing flavor and were not too spicy. The truck is located in a BP gas station parking lot. A small picnic table and chairs are there to sit and enjoy food. I love how convenient it is since it is close to a lot of other things in the area and makes for a great quick hot meal. We will be back to try more! Update: went back for tacos. Amazing price...$2.50 a taco since it was lunch otherwise $3 which is still a great price. Asada, pastor & birria were delicious and beautifully crispy. Pictured attached.

Had the steak fajitas. There were no shells which seemed odd. There was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the dish. Every thing was fully cooked but it wasn’t seared so it didn’t have as much flavor that I would expect from fajitas. I would eat at the truck again but would probably try something else. Mine took 30 minutes after ordering. Other people ahead of me said they waited 45 minutes. I was expecting a 45 minute wait so it took 15 minutes less than what I expected. Staff was very nice.

Had a great dinner last night. The addition of seating in a second truck is a nice touch now that it’s colder. Food was well-seasoned and flavorful. Ceviche de camaron (shrimp ceviche) was nicely presented. Camarones al aljillo (shrimp and bell peppers in garlic sauce with rice and beans) was really good. We also got a caramelo (cheese and steak in tortilla with salsas). These are not on the menu but can be requested.

Anyone that likes seafood needs to try their Baja shrimp tacos. There’s not only a sense of comfort from the food, but also a lot of different subtle flavor flavor with the proteins they cook on the grill.

I also think it’s a good value for the portions if the tacos with their perfectly cooked, large , clean, pieces of jumbo shrimp.

Looks questionable at first since it’s attached to a gas station instead of a truck now, but between taste, super-friendly staff, and fairly quick delivery. It’s a go-to for me if you like to frequent the different taco...
