A few weeks ago, we asked you all about your favorite Mexican restaurants in Waukesha County, and Restaurante Casa Noble in Waukesha kept popping up in the comments. Naturally, we had to check it out for ourselves and see what all the fuss was about! The moment we walked in, we were welcomed and greeted with a friendly smile. The service was top-notch. Our server gave us fantastic recommendations, making the decision process easier—though everything looked so good, it was still a tough choice! We started with the guacamole & chips, which was fresh and full of flavor. I decided to try the Steak Gorditas, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! Anne went with the Casa Noble Camarones—grilled shrimp topped with garlic and onion—and while it was a simpler dish, she enjoyed every bite. The girls opted for the Veggie Quesadilla Dinner, stuffed with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and cheese, and the Veggie Tostada Dinner, topped with beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and avocado. Both dishes were a hit! Thanks for the great recommendation! If you haven’t been to Casa Noble yet, it’s definitely worth the visit. We’re so glad we tried it out, and now we’re ready for our next foodie adventure.

Went here for the first time, because it is a favorite spot for a number of people who were in our party. This family owned and operated Mexican restaurant looks like a small place from the outside, and though not huge, was able to accommodate our party of 9 at 5:00 on a Wednesday. The table chips and salsa, refried beans and rice were good and the classic margaritas tasty without too much alcohol. Though not a fan of corn tortillas, I took a chance and ordered the homemade corn tortillas, which were absolutely out of this world! They were warm and soft, and like everything else we had, extremely fresh. I wanted something spicy, so asked the owner what she recommended. She offered the Lomo De Res with a combination of the Verde and Arbol salsas. She was spot on! It was spicy enough for me without being over the top. The shredded beef burrito was a generous size, and also very flavorful. Although not on our side of town, this place was worth the drive and I can't wait to go back!

I love Mexican food, so I finally decided to stop by this Mexican restaurant and try it out. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately acknowledged and told to sit anywhere. I would say at least two large tables and 10 to 12 other tables that would seat between 2 to 4 people each. The waitress was very pleasant. She helped us pick out drinks and food and then was always stopping by to see if everything was okay. I would say she went beyond what you would experience at other restaurants. I can't remember what I got but I asked for the spicy and I would say it was habanero spicy so if you like hot you'll like this but you don't have to get it spicy if you don't want to. My wife got a soup dish (Pig Tripe) that she said she's only been able to get in Singapore and this is the first place that she's aware of in Waukesha where she's been able to find this soup dish and she enjoyed it very much. I know she must have really liked it because whenever we go out she always has food that she takes home and this time she ate everything. I am planning on going back because I know at least one or two other dishes that I would like to try. If you do like Mexican food, I feel you'll be glad you gave this...

I’ve been here about 5 times total. Couple times for taco night , couple times for margarita night. The first time I was here , I Loved it .. we came on a Friday night with no expectations. Antonio and his staff were extremely friendly. The times after , I felt the chicken in the enchiladas was dry with hardly any sauce, and there’s no rhyme or reason on margarita night. Do not go based off of the website for daily specials as I was told “ we haven’t updated it”. They don’t do buy one get one free margaritas as the website says and on taco night you are required to purchase a drink in order to get $1.50 tacos. Again, not disclosed on their website. When I asked what flavors of margaritas they have . They told me like 5 different flavors, however I saw on Facebook that they have about 15 flavors ! Again, the food is fine .. the place itself is small and brightly lit in there , kind of run down and could use some updates or a new location all together. I think it’s fine for take out , but don’t plan on dining in or taking advantage of their “ specials” any time soon. No parking lot , street...
