I was happy to have Hardee's, I have always enjoyed visiting this location in the past. Unfortunately this time was a big eye opener. There were only 3 workers at the time, they were respectful. The issue I had was that I got a breakfast platter and a breakfast sandwich and wasn't asked about a drink. I assumed a platter would come with a drink. I assumed wrong. I asked if I could have a cup and the woman at the counter stated that my meals don't come with a drink unless I request one at order. I then stated the obvious, "a drink should be offered with food...." I wasn't trying to be rude but the woman wasn't very friendly at that moment. She then gave me one for free which I was more than willing to pay for one. Thanked her and moved on. After that, I waited for my food for 15 minutes, and could tell that this woman was having issues with her orders and working in general. It was rather unfortunate to hear the cook tell the waitress she had made a mistake and not. Missing a beat, the woman said "I'm tired...." In a whiney millennial voice. Inappropriate and unprofessional. She said it while serving customers and the older customers showed their dissatisfaction. Very unfortunate, I hope this is changed and the atmosphere...
   Read moreVery rude boy working the drive through window, I first told them that I asked for size small beverage for the kids meal and not the kids size drink, then when my food was ready he put it all in one bag and just slightly opened the window enough to hand the bag of food out and then hurried and shut the window and walked away. Then I got home with the food and noticed they forgot the extra small frie for my order, this is now the 2nd time in the last month totally now $5 for food I've ordered and never received.    Read moreClean dining area and bathrooms, but quite a few of the staff are very rude and gossipy, associates have no problem badmouthing each other or customers, and don't seem to care that they are easily heard clearly from the registers. "Kim" could use a bit of positive reinforcement when dealing with customers, she comes across as very annoyed that customers ask anything of her. "Sue" was friendly and courteous as always.
