The establishment itself was nice and the food was good but the servers/ baristas were not the most pleasant when I visited. When we ordered our drinks, we quickly realized one of them was wrong and let them know right away. Unfortunately it was already made and the barista look disgusted when I brought it to her attention. I paid for another NEW drink and it was like I just ruined their day. So one of 3 drinks paid for, we couldn't even drink. Which kind of sucked, especially for the price. And they were not even busy at the time, so it wasn't like they were swamped with orders. Our food was pretty good. Seems a little pricey for what you get compared to other similar places I've visited. I inquired about one of their fancy Little cake pops they had on display near the checkout and I was a bit shocked to find out it was $7 for one cake pop! We didn't even pay that much for gourmet ones at the local winter/farmers market. It would definitely be nice if they put prices by some of the baked goods, so it isn't such a surprise when ordering. I hate to be the person to say I don't want something after it's already been put in. We ended up paying almost $35/40 for 3 drinks, 2 of the cheaper food items & a cake pop. I wish I would have gotten my receipt to see what exactly I was all charged for but again, I don't like to be a difficult customer and they already seemed pretty irritated having to make me a new drink, even after I paid for it. I may consider giving it another shot in the future. Just wasn't the best experience for me...
Read moreStopped here for some coffees and a bite to eat. We really liked the decor inside! The coffees were good with a great selection, and the flatbread option for breakfast sandwiches is amazing!
We did enter on one side where we found a menu, but were informed by employees five separate times over maybe three minutes that we would have to order at the bar on the other side. Upon moving to the other side per the staffs repeated statements, we noticed that there was no menu on the side of the building that they told us we needed to order on.
The barista who ultimately took our order struggled to answer some questions for us regarding food, such as whether or not cheese on sandwiches was optional, or if egg whites were an option. She was very sweet though, and was happy to ask the kitchen!
I would go back to this location if i was in the area again! i’d also love to have stickers or something available for purchase, as i really enjoy keeping little mementos from small businesses...
Read moreI wanted to taste a bourbon in the bar area that I have not seen before. When I ask to try it I was told that they were almost closed and he wouldn't pour me an Oz to try. That being said there were still people in the establishment eating and they were not closing for 25 more minutes. The coffee I had purchased before I had noticed the bourbon was pretty good but unfortunately but not good enough to rectify...
