I recently sent flowers to my Mom in Waupun all the way from Albuquerque, NM. Ren's did a beautiful job. When the big companies with 800 numbers said my order didn't reach their minimum for delivery and were rather rude, Heidi at Ren's was WONDERFUL. She created a beautiful arrangement that made my Mom very happy on Mother's Day. It was also great to support a local business in my hometown. Thank you! You'll get all my floral business in the future. 2023-I asked Heidi to send another arrangement to my Mom in Waupun. Again, she did an AMAZING job. I don't even know the names of most of the flowers in the bouquet, but my Mom loved it. It was absolutely gorgeous (and huge!) I wanted to give them a nice tip for always going above and beyond, but they don't do that. They 100% deserve it, though. Thank you again for being so wonderful! From a hometown girl that lives 1600 miles away now, Shana Chase Gustafson. ❤️

Rens Floral did an absolute amazing job on my wedding flowers! Heidi was great on communication and very willing to meet anytime I asked. She was so kind and willing to capture exactly what I was looking for. After showing a couple different inspiration pictures, Heidi helped me to narrow down my vision and she practically mimicked the inspo pics! I mean seriously, she 100% captured my vision! We originally were to be married in Waupun, but had a last minute change a couple weeks before the big day… Heidi was so great and flexible with the change and had such a willingness to travel to us. I live out of state and know I can always count on Rens to go above and beyond for floral needs in the Waupun area. This most recent order was no exception. I had accidentally mistyped the address, and they called me to help confirm the correct one while being so friendly about my error. The flowers were delivered on the date I requested. My friend sent me a picture, and WOW, was this arrangement gorgeous. They were even more beautiful than the picture on the website, bigger even! And the best part is my friend loved them.
