Arby's — Restaurant in Wausau

The last two times I tried coming here the first time was in the Drive-Thru and the lady was rude when I said hello are you there, and she replied really snotty so I just left. This time around I ordered two french dip and swiss sandwiches along with a small fry and a shake and there was nobody inside as customers except for me and I had to WAIT OVER A HALF HOUR for cold food which at best tasted mediocre. It was gross- I ended up throwing one and a half of the sandwiches out. ( I should have just driven over to CHIPS RESTAURANT instead.) Never again am I coming back to the Merrill Arby's. Also good place to get food poisoning because me and other person I was with ended up getting sick off the food right after we got it and started eating it.

We've always enjoyed Arby's and its convenient location to our home. We went to the drive through today for lunch and noticed that the window clerk wasn't wearing a mask, nor was she wearing gloves. I also noticed another employee appeared to be taking orders at the counter and wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. I asked the window clerk "Do you have to wear a mask or gloves?" and she said "No." In the midst of a pandemic, I don't like the thought that someone who is preparing or serving my food is without a mask and might inadvertently share their germs by coughing or sneezing. I don't like the idea of someone handling money and then handling my bag of food either. I'm disappointed. I'm concerned by the lack of respect this shows to those of us who are in an at risk population. So sadly until there is some kind of resolution to this health crisis, we won't be...

This is definitely one of the worst places I've been in a long time. I thought it might be because they only had like one person working or something but I saw that there were several; so no excuse. First issue was that they were unable to hear my order through the drive-thru so I had to basically scream it. I just wanted a five-piece chicken meal with curly fries and two barbecue sauces; and that was about 20 minutes after I got there. One car in front of me. Then when I got to the window the lady asked me to pull forward and they will bring my order out when it's ready. So then I sat for another 10 minutes until the lady came out and said " here" and then proceeded to toss my bag at me. They also gave me only one barbecue sauce (For a five-piece meal?). This is a...
