Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

Spent close to $30 for 2 sandwiches and a drink to be delivered as soon as possible… it was delivered an hour after ordering… and to top it off, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy John’s. Hardly any turkey, avocado, or mayo on my beach club. It was pretty comical that something that poorly made left the restaurant. The bread was not great on either sandwich. It was just overall bad! If you’re gonna make people wait that long because you’re short on drivers, at least make sure you’re making the sandwiches to standard. Or like maybe the franchise owners should step in and work until you can get your restaurant fully staffed. One delivery driver on a Saturday afternoon is wild. But if my sandwich was at-least good like usual, I wouldn’t be pressed. I’ve ordered from this location a few times and delivery can usually take like 20-30 minutes (they won’t update tracking the order on the app so I know to check the front of my apartment every five minutes) and I’m not that impressed with my food, like I’ve had better from other JJ’s. This is the second time I have called this location for a delivery order, and have received rude and inefficient service. The first time, the girl who had answered the phone sounded like she needed more sleep. She could not articulate enough to be heard and could barely take an order. I ended up, letting her know I didn't have time for her ineptness and excused myself from placing the order. The second time I called, I kept getting, "we are really busy". Somehow I was charged for 3 sandwiches, only wanted 2. Void of the order took too long, then the reorder took long enough. We received our sodas but the soda water must have ran out. All I got was, we are really busy, we apologize. How does this account for quality? The delivery driver really ruined our appetite, he needed some proper hygiene. So from one of my friends, I heard that one of her fellow co-workers, Tanner, had decided to quit from this Jimmy John's. As he was leaving, like any reasonable person, he decided not to finish his very last shift cause like y tho, like why would you want to finish it if you were leaving right after that?? Now, he is currently unemployed and even if he wanted to go back to his old job, they would not let him because if you don't finish a shift, then you can't work there again!!!! That's some bs!!!!
