Everyone out pizzas this Hut. Edited Jokes aside, the food that comes out of this kitchen is excellent when the proper procedures are followed. I personally worked in this kitchen alongside the legendary Allen who taught me pretty much everything I know about being the best I can be when it comes to adequately performing a delivery. With the amount of sales we took in during my time there, our work was nothing short of a miracle during some of those rush hours. Either way, this place was a disaster. Turnover was so apparent it felt like we had a whole new crew every 3 months. Someone calling in everyday with little to no accountability. The norm was to stand around and talk while watching your coworkers work hard. At times, we had over 100 doughs go in the trash due to improper inventory management. Toppings time and time again would go bad. My point being waste was a big issue. Being prepared for a rush hour was also a miracle because again not everyone could pick up their own slack. I'm sure I'd still be there making records on my delivery performance, outpacing Allen himself if it wasn't for the legendary Allen. Abusing Pizza Hut systems for his own advantage by taking upwards of 4 deliveries at once. As time went on after being hired, I caught on and copied his behavior. If the legendary Allen can take four, so can I. Why should he be the only one who can make over $20 an hour and not have any repercussions. Because again, it was against the rules per Pizza Hut policy. At least that's what I was told but who knows if I was being told the truth at this point. Well little did I know this would hurt Allen's ego so much he would cause a scene multiple times at work which led to me getting let go. The reason? Creating a hostile work environment due to the fact I defended my actions of taking more then 2 deliveries at once. This place was nothing but a corner store and you're establishment is lucky you even got a year out of me. The amount of abuse and harassment alongside just pure pathetic behavior I saw out of this store. Should be ashamed of yourselves whoever owns this business. You hid in the shadows and sent the store manager once a month at most which didn't do nothing and you know it. It's on you that all this happened and making a living here was not fun. But just like the store manager would always come around and act like everything happy go lucky when right when he left, practically everyone including the in-house manager would trash talk him. After one hour and thirty minutes we called to ask and verifie they would be making it fresh, and not an old pizza already made an waiting to be delivered for two hours, so the managers says yup it's just about to come up hang up the phone. It has now been two hours and ten minutes since we originally called and ordered so we call and ask where's the delivery drivers no answer get sent to a phone service they call the Pizza Hut since the Pizza Hut is not answering and ask about our food told our food would be comped and a credit fine but what about our food our family is still hungry they say it's on their way well we order dominoes after the call, because we are starving at this point and it's getting late, they show up the same time as the Pizza Hut, for a grand total of four hours waiting for our Pizza to be delivered. When we received our order it was wrong and cold, we ordered 16 wings received 7 Pizza was wrong toppings and we didn't get our desert or pop. Oh and we did get ahold of the store they offered a discount if we pick it up or else a two hour wait. The next day we decide to use our credit we call they confirm we have a credit and so our ordered should be on its way I decided to change a Pizza the female says ok just do it online again. I do and call back to confirm the credit but this time she says we have no credit and states that she is the only female working and that she did not talk to me five minutes Pryor about...
   Read moreToday: see way down below 11 months ago my experience vs recent,- I thought this was a great location - now being from Arizona and many other places .... I can see why Pizza Hut has no buffets in the state of south Dakota (said the pizza hut rep when I called and ask). . Pizza hut has written these locations off, especially this one!! I call in my order, 3x the amount versus if I go online. Unfriendly prices. Every time I call chaos, confusion, and every time the person that answers they try their best only to get scolded by all the other people who have been working there longer when they ask questions because their new.
So I order online, give them a 2 hour time window, and they don't make it on time , theyre late. Then, the driver basically chews me out because his information doesn't have my apt number... So magically after my 5th order with the same information on all my orders, magically isn't there. Then... Like every other time, I order bread sticks...and as it explicitly says 'with sauce' again, I have no sauce...so "enjoy dry bread" ... What an experience. Please do not waste ur time... This experience was terrible. It's a joke.
