Worst service at any Arby's I've been to in my life. I love Arby's and am a regular customer so I was shocked with the way this location operates. I came at 8:35 pm this evening to get some dinner for 3 people. I wanted a roast beef double classic and was told "there is no more roast beef tonight" by an employee named Lele. If they close at 10 why don't they have the meats? When I asked for a brisket combo I asked for sweet tea and I was told the same thing no more sweet tea tonight.. so I decided to just get the sandwich. She took this as me canceling my order for chicken nuggets for some reason so I had to go back through the line again when we finally realized down the road.. I went back to the order screen and she told me to come to the window for them with 2 more cars still in front of me.. mistakes happen that part i understand but why doesn't Arby's have roast beef or sweet tea an hour and a half before closing time? She didn't say they were out of it, just no more tonight as though it were close to closing time.. why am I getting out of my car in the rain to go inside and get my girlfriends her nuggets? Because I don't want the rest of my food to get cold waiting...

When I returned to Arby's in Waynesboro,Va, the manager wasn't even respectful enough to come out of the kitchen. She stood and yelled to me. I told her what had happened, she called me a liar and informed me that my issue never happened. When I asked her if she'd called me a liar, she responded, yes. When I asked her for the corporate phone number, she stated it was on the door, if I could read it.
I urge everyone who reads this to take it seriously. That woman tried to embarrasse and humiliate me in the safety of her store. Instead, she now has to answer for her abhorrent behavior. Personally, I feel that manager needs to apologize, in public and be retrained. If this is what she's teaching new hires, then you've got a world of trouble coming.
To attack a customer without any investigation, is unthinkable. To be proud of it is beyond my understanding.
Please avoid this place like the plague. Maybe then, management...
Read moreWaited in drive thru for well over 15 mins. Called them in line to find out what was taking so long…And apparently the people inside the restaurant matter more then the drive thru. They are just getting caught up. We watched customers walk out with just a shake. I called before the line became wrapped around the building. This isn’t fast food anymore, Thier excuse was that thier short staff. But everywhwre around here is short staffed. If your running a fast food chain the tickets in drive thru shouldn’t take forever long. Drive thru suppose to come first before lobby. But whatever.
