I’m giving only 2 stars for the food taste quality. If it weren’t for the food, I’d give zero stars as much as I hate to say that. The reason being for this review and rating is because I want them to be the Hardee’s I know they are capable of being. Sadly, every time if not every other visit here, there’s always repeatedly something negative about the experiences. The fountain drinks always taste imbalanced like they either have too much syrup or never enough syrup. Then the other issue is it seems they always are out of ice. Frustrating when the drinks don’t even come out ice cold from the dispenser. There is never napkins, ketchup, ice, etc. All too often out or just not stocked. During slow periods of business, that’s when things should be well stocked and cleaned. I worked for a Hardee’s in my early adult years so I am familiar with how operations should run. I give them credit though, best fast food breakfast around for the money. These mobile orders that have come along are another story. I have often been here where there’d be a big line in the lobby and drive-thru, and all the employees leave people standing in line quite a bit with no acknowledgment or any prompt attention. It’s like the top priority here is mobile app orders. All customer should be waited on appropriately and in a timely fashion. If it want for the miraculous quality of the food, I wouldn’t bother coming back. It shouldn’t be just about the food. It should be about the whole guest experience. Read moreThis is the very last time we will ever come here you get charged full price for half of an order and they don't even have the decency to tell you they don't have something and apparently they don't know the difference between we have to make it and we don't have any at all we placed our order got the order then noticed there was no gravy in either order we went up and told the worker and she told us they didn't have any and not even 15 minutes later they were once again selling gravy now they had numerous customers that had ordered and came back to get their gravy only to be told they couldn't get it they didn't even offer them and refund and got attitudes towards all who asked for them they could've at least refunded the things they didn't get we got maybe 5 hash browns in our breakfast platters and a half an egg in the container our coffee was literally stained water no taste whatsoever this place continues to go down the hill had a friend go there a few weeks ago and told us they were charged a rounded up price because the systems were down no one apparently knew how to use a calculator so that meant you paid an even amou they made sure it was higher than what it shouldve been they tried to charge a elderly gentlemen $5 for a cup of coffee it's honestly ridiculous no excuse to cheat anyone we would leave zero stars if we could enjoy the money you got from us today because you won't get...
Read moreIf I could give this place lower score than a one, I would do so. I waited in the drive thru line from11:10 am to 12:03 when I finally pulled up to the window. There were two employees in there trying to get the food out, Outside entrances were locked due to no people working. If so called fast food place can't operate like it should, then the doors should be locked, yellow tape across all entrances with a big sign that reads CLOSED. Terrible service. This is not the first time this has happened, a few months back I went inside and waited and waited only to find out a person responsible for taking the hot dogs from the freezer did not do their job. Asked for a refund and did a couple behind me. A couple weeks ago I again went thru the drive thru it was a little better than today, but not like a fast food eatery should. Fast food is just that fast food and no waiting for almost one hour to get it. Several cars behind me, simply pulled out and I am sure went somewhere else to get what they wanted at a real live fast food eatery, like McDonalds, Burger King which you can see from Hardees parking lot. Arby's is close by these places are fast food eateries. GET IT FIXED or CLOSE IT DOWN. WHERE is the manager during all of this, is he or she aware of what is going on.
