Hit or miss place. Honestly, I have been eating in (most of the time) and I have never really had problems with their food. Food was always fresh and hot, service wise it's a hit or miss. I have been contemplating whether to review this place or not but obviously, i did it today. We ordered for the whole family, 5 orders and we picked up from the drive through, food was horrible. Food was stale and cold, 1 of our triple burger only had 2 patties in it (not the first time it happened) fries were soggy and stale. No napkins were provided and all the condiments we requested for were not in the bag at all. I am pretty surprised that happened because like I said, their food has always been good when we eat in and we visit them every other day. I could only assume that we got stale food because it was a drive thru, food needs to be ready quick enough to not hold up the entire drive thru so they would pre-prep some of the food hence, our food were stale.
Service wise, they are alright but there was JUUUUUSSST this one time when we eat in and even though all I wanted was a lemon in my cup, (ordered thru mobile and it was indicated I wanted a lemon but I didn't get any) the manager made me wait 5 mins not even trying to serve me and find out what I needed. I stood at the counter and she only told me to wait. At first she was looking at the order screens, then she looked away and was juz staring blankly towards the drive thru window (like she was waiting or day dreaming) but she left me just standing there. Her other crew members all made eye contact with me but for some reason seemed to be afraid to ask me what I needed since she was standing there so I just patiently waited until this girl with a drive thru headset came out of the counter and happened to be going back to the counter again. I had to interrupt her because at that point it's just stupid that all I wanted was a lemon, if they didn't have it, all they could do is tell me they are out of it IF only someone bothered to ask me if I needed something. Other than this experience, there was another occasion where I ordered a triple burger and got a double instead, that time, the same manager was quick to react and handed me a triple burger rather quickly. After allllll this grandmother stories, that is why I came to a conclusion that it's a hit or miss with this place. I would recommend trying to eat in if you can as the food has always been...
Read moreFirst, I’ve been here like 4 times in the past couple weeks way before 11 and they have ignored me in the drive through every time. They also will not take any orders from the app at this time either. I’ve been there at least 45 min before they are supposed to close every time. I arrive earlier and earlier and they still ignore me. All of the lights will be on inside and outside as well. If you’re going to close way early every night don’t put it on the website that you close later. I’m honestly just tired of wasting my time.
Second, every single time I order food here I am asked to pull around to the front and I have to wait at least 30 min no matter how small the order is. It took a whole hour the other day for a cheeseburger, nuggets with fries, and a coke all how they come. That’s literally all. They asked several other people behind us to pull up as well so the drive through was completely blocked off. I would understand if this only happened once but it’s been every time. (This has been when I’ve gone a little while after lunch time, not later when they refuse to serve me)
I feel so bad for complaining but I really feel like this is not great for our community. Every time I attempt to go here I am only inconvenienced. I really hope these issues get brought to someone’s attention. I would love to have a positive experience here...

Tonight my son and I order through the mobile app we ordered two large drinks one Diet Coke and one a sweet tea and a large order of french fries. We were parked in Stall 4. 30 minutes later a guy brings out the fries we asked where's the drinks he asked what we ordered so we told him again he goes back 10 minutes later he comes back out what the drinks and we say that we want to speak to the manager the manager's name is Melissa or that's what she told us. So she comes out and we explained to her the situation and she says well I'm sorry we got slammed she never offered to refund our money or anything to make it right. So we ask for the district managers number and she said I'm not going to give it to you. I said you're what? She said I'm not going to give it to you. So I said you're not going to do anything and she said no and turned around and headed back in the building. By that time we were so mad we just left. On the way home we put our straws in our drinks come to find out one of the drinks is wrong it's a dr. Pepper I did not order a dr. Pepper. This is strictly bad management extremely bad service and I think that Melissa should be fired. I expect a timely...
