We got our food through the drive through. We pulled up to the order screen and we were given attitude right off the bat. We placed one of our orders and we wanted to order more food, but we were cut off in the middle and told to pull up to the window. When we informed the operator that we had more to order we received more attitude and we're told to wait a second. Once we got everything ordered and our food in hand we were waiting for our receipt, but she closed the window on us. We finally got our receipt, but again we received attitude. We were going to put this experience behind us, but we realized that one of our items was wrong. This is the second time that we have received service like this through the drive through. The person who was running the drive through was Potasha.
2nd attempt at Wendy’s: Food was good, no issues with our order this time. I have not been back to this Wendy's since the last bad review that I had to leave. I was optimistic that this time would be different, but the service is still subpar. We were still given attitude at the drive thru, but thankfully that was the only issue. We pulled around again and told them the problem so they gave me my nuggets but I told them they charged me more for the sandwich and then the manager ( white older lady with glasses ) comes to the window and says “ Do you just want to leave it alone because if I refund you you’re going to owe me more money so do you just want to leave it “ with a bad attitude so I told her the sandwich she charges me for was $2 more and she then realized she was wrong so she mumbles and then goes to the drawer to get my money and says “ Is $2 good enough? “ At least point we had taken enough of her aggressive attitude and let her know she didn’t need to be aggressive with the situation as we were not upset we were just trying to fix the situation. I ordered my usual biggie bag, made like a single with the new ghost pepper fries. I got my food pulled off and checked it. Burger not made the way I requested, no sauce for the nuggets and seltzer water for the drinks. They said they would remake it and when I told the lady at the drive through about the drinks, she lied and said they didn't have any more sprite. I asked her twice, just to make sure before requesting a refund and she said there was no more. Then tried to make me come inside for a refund.
