Worst experience EVER. The Owner YELLED at my girlfriend in our hallway.

I ordered pizza for delivery and when it arrived all the center pieces were soggy and just awful. So I called to inform them of how I wasn't a satisfied customer with their pizza and the person told me over the phone that we can have them come pick it back up and give you your money. I said okay if they want to make an extra trip then be my guest. The delivery driver arrives and only hands back nine dollars. The pizza was about $14 so he was walking out the door and my girlfriend stopped him and said hey you only gave us nine dollars and he said yeah well you ate half a pizza and ripped off all the toppings. My girlfriend explained there are three people in here and all had one piece of pizza and there were half eaten pieces in the box as well and that the toppings fell off the pizza and we had to press them back on. He said well that's what we do here is charge u for what's missing basically. My gf asked for his name and he replied with: My name is Rodney and I'm the owner and I work hard. My girl replied back with well I am just an unsatisfied customer and told him he was a bad owner for treating his customers in such a way. Rodney replied by raising his voice and yelling that she probably orders pizzas and gets them free all the time. Arguing back and forth with my girlfriend making it like she is lying and nothing is wrong with their pizza. Very unprofessional. She simply was shocked and said she works in the restaurant industry and why would she tip him two dollars for delivery if we were trying to get a free pizza. He told her to eat at her restaurant them. As he turned around to walk out the door he screamed to the top of the stairs, "DON'T CALL HER ANYMORE! DONT CALL HERE! DONT CALL HERE ANYMORE!" This experience has been by far the WORST that I have encountered with ordering food. I suggest not eating at Colettis Pizza. Because if you are unhappy they do not do anything to fix it nor do they care about their customers satisfaction. Only care about their money....

I love this place!!!!! I tried here about 2 years ago and I've been ordering since about once a week. I haven't really hated anything I ordered from here. The pepperoni rolls are my favorite they are amazing best in the area hands down!!!!! Try them for yourself if you don't believe me they aren't even expensive. The people that work here are so awesome the cooks who also answer the phones are amazing. They are friendly and they listen to you and get your order right everytime so thank you to the cooks and Shannon the delivery driver is totally awesome every time she comes to my house and we share a laugh before she leaves she works hard she deserves a nice tip and so does the other delivery driver he is an older gentleman he is very friendly and so sweet and he deserves a tip so TO YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER THEY DESERVE...

I ordered 12 wings and an order of wedges with a Pepsi at 6:14pm. Was waiting patiently until it hit about an hour so I got worried and called a lady answered and stated “the roads were bad” and he is on his way which I understood.mind you I live not even 10 minutes from there shop another 30 minutes more go by and I call and a man answers and states well I’m sorry but all our orders are out we hit a busy spurt. Well I’m still waiting and another half hour goes by. So I call and cancel my order and what do you know 15 min later they get here. That being 2 hours and 15 min since I ordered. I’m upset because I love there wings and I’ve ordered them like 3 times this week. I just think there needs to be better communication with customers and better communication with people instore and the delivery...
