Gasoline Alley — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

I really enjoy their food. However it seems like the wait staff doesn't like serving anyone that doesn't sit at the bar. It was very hard to get any attention from her. I ordered the alley party melt , they forgot the cheese. And there was nothing else on there. Barely any onions. So I was bummed. Of course the waitress did not come over so I could not ask for Mayo or anything. She did not acknowledge us when we went up to the bar either.

My food tastes good Soni wasn't super upset. I hardly had any fries on my plate. So that was little sad.

There service has me looking for another place. The bar wasn't packed just about 7 guys sipping on their beers.

All and all they do have great food and a great menu. The bar is a fun environment. Worth...

Went there for the first time, the bartender was our server. She was fast with taking our order and bringing our pop but we waited an hour for food that never arrived. Server never came back to update us on our order or offer us anything. So after waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches and fries we got up and offered to pay for drinks and told her that we had waited too long. The server/bartender was very rude and with an attitude. She asked if we didn't want our food to which we replied that we had been waiting for more than an hour. She said that is how long it takes them to make a sandwich...didn't even go to the kitchen and check if our food was done or about to be done...we paid...

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had here I swear. It took over an hour to get my appetizer. I called to order to begin with and she said it would be an hour for the wait on phone order but I decided to go in instead. She never once said it would be an hour wait when coming in. If that were the case I would have went somewhere else. She had no personality. She had an attitude for no reason and avoids you for her friend while she works. She never even checked to see if I had enough to drink. She walks right passed you and ignores you. That’s not customer service. If she’s working when I come in I will...
