Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

Do not go here. I ordered pizza for delivery, and paid cash upon arrival. The pizza was straight dough. I called the store back where I talked to the “manager” Ethan, he was rude and disrespectful and had told me that wasn’t possible. The only way for them to do anything was drive 15 minutes to the store. So we did, he was still rude, told us because we paid cash they were not refunding the money but would make another pizza. They made another pizza yet again dough. Not only is the customer service AWFUL, the “manager” had long hair covering his face dangly in the food. Screwed up my order by giving me a Philly steak papadia, called them to get it corrected to a BBQ chicken papadia. Told me I was wrong about what I ordered even though the sticker says the right order. Told me he couldn't send out my correct order even when I said I'd return the incorrect item. Told me I could get credit toward my next order but when telling me the instructions on what to do, he faked the phone breaking up and I said screw it. Was rude to me the entire phone call as well. Ordered a supreme with no mushrooms & it had mushrooms all over when delivered & not hot at all .didn't call & complain thought it was just a one time mistake .ordered another supreme large & when asking the man on the ph to make sure no mysh6he just cut me off to ask if my order was pick up or delivery .cared less about the last mistake .The pizza came & was not hot at all & crust was mushy .not fully cooked .Just not caring much about their food...
