Dunkin' — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

I bought a dozen donuts at 6am from this store. The employee who took my order was rude and unprofessional. There were only 3 donuts that were fresh and the rest were dry and stale.

You charge $9 a dozen for stale donuts? That's true insanity! Plus, customers are now limited on their choices of donuts for $9 a dozen and this is not mentioned anywhere when purchasing the donuts.

Horrible customer service and horrible product are the reasons I will make the choice not to spend money at Dunkin Donuts in the future. I could go to Walmart and get donuts that are better quality and half the price!

I know that corporate for this company is totally useless and doesn't care about customers, but I still wanted to let everyone know about my experiences with this lackluster company. I will definitely choose other options from now on when I decide I want donuts.

This Girard location is horrible in the mornings and early day. Went in today to try again sin e it is right down the street from my house... welp did not seem like anyone on counter and making coffees knew what they were doing. My total was $3.19 I gave the girl $5.25 and she sat there and just kept hitting all kinds of buttons on the computer and she looked confused and the other lady seemed confused as well. The lady I front of me had both employees trying to work one computer. I've lived in same place for 3 years and use to come to this dunkin at least 3 times a week but I had to stop thus location because I would be stuck inside for at least 15 to 20 mins and many times barely made it to work on time, 12 min drive.the only time it's decent to come in is the evening when the older lady works. I guess I'm going to have to stay away from this one again. I wish it was not this way because it is like a 1 min drive. In the past week I have been to this location 4 times because this is my go to Dunkin Sunday I went in thinking there was a line no one inside it would be quick no one was in front of me I ordered a medium hot coffee about 3 minutes later a lady ordered a drink within a min she got hers and left it took an additional 6 min before they handed me my coffee so a total from the time on the receipt of 9 minutes later for a hot coffee today my son wanted hash browns they were cold not even room temp and hard he's 4 he's not picky and eats anything and would not eat them also I think maybe you need to make sure that all the employees know how to read an order because when I order my coffee and it is wrong 90% of the time there is a problem I should not have to come back and get it fixed or drink a coffee that doesn't taste how it should because I ordered it and you can't make it the...
