Dunkin' — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

I’ve been going to this dunkin since they’ve opened. I’ll admit when I first started going they were awful, after awhile they got their stuff together. I come here regularly now and usually a great experience, today was not. I placed a mobile order for drive thru. Waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and no response. I decided to go in since I already paid for my drinks. There was 4 workers in there (it is a holiday so understandable). I stood there for about 5-10 minutes. Within that time the worker behind the counter was chatting it up with the worker who was on break trying to take her order. The other girl behind the counter was struggling a whole 5 minutes to put a lid on a drink, literally like she’s never put a lid on anything EVER. Finally the manager came over to me after dealing with a frustrated customer in the drive thru and got me my drinks. I recognize this manager because 9/10 times I go here she’s there. She was the only one there who had their crap together. While standing there she had to tell the other 2 workers multiple times to not ignore the drive thru and customers in the store. All respect to the red head manager but the others need to get there crap together.

Update- I went back to get there speciality heart shaped brownie batter donut. Every other year the donut is heavy because of how thick the filling is. This time it was very light. When I tell u this donut had a DROP of filling- not even exaggerating. I was very disappointed that the only bite with filling was the last. Do better and make ur HEART SHAPED...

Been coming to this location since they opened. The only reason is because they are so close to our home. However, they only get our order right maybe 40% of the time. While I was pregnant, I would order decaf coffee, and they would still give me regular. Also, I’ve ordered the same exact coffee for 9 years (whenever I order just my regular coffee this does not include my lattes) and I say the same thing each and every time I order it. However, this location doesn’t quite understand. What an extra large, regular hot caramel coffee is. It’s an extra large, regular hot coffee with five caramel swirl. I do not add creamer, sugar, and when they ask me, I say no. However, they just can’t manage to get it right. also on multiple occasions, I’ve ordered my three year-old hashbrowns and there are only three or four hashbrowns. So I’m not sure if they purposely short my child his food or what the problem is, but something needs to be done. I don’t think that every single time an order is placed we have to double check everything before we leave. I should be able to trust that they can get my order right more than half of the time… and all this being said, the workers there are super friendly and nice. This is the second day in a row of getting home with a coolata and it tasting absolutely horrible! No flavor at all what so ever taste like someone just threw ice and food coloring together with no flavoring at all or maybe they aren't following protocols and putting enough flavoring idk but absolutely horrible ill never go there again to get a coolata n it's literally the only reason I ever go to dunkin is a coolata so looks like I'll be steady going to the warren one because that's just absolutely ridiculous and their whipcream seams like it's just melty it's just horrible nothing about their coolatas are good what so ever even if they are known more for their coffee but coolatas have been apart of dunkin for a good while now there's no reason why you shouldn't be trained to make them right and it doesn't matter the people that are there are what day it is it's every single time we go their coolatas are weak they taste gross!!!!
