McDonald's — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

For as much as things cost there, is it too much to ask for my families food to be at least hot!?!?! Isn't there time limits that the food sits in the warmer!?! Yes there is, how do I know this I work in the food industry and have for yrs!! My burger was shriveled up n BLACK and my cheese wasn't melted at all because my burger was cold. So that means it was wayyyyy past it's save time!! For as much business this location does there's no way my food should be cold or all things. It was 8pm at that so this brings me to my fiances spicy crispy chicken sandwich that I paid $5 for n what I got was the $2 sandwich with the spicy sauce on it 😳🤯 at this point I want credits for this location. Nobody answers the phone and I sure wasn't going up there n having them remake it and give me more old food!! My thing is if u wouldn't eat it...

The customer service is usually good. The place is decently clean. The wait time isn’t tooooo bad, better on the inside than in drive thru. Today though I ordered a McDouble no pickle no salt with a medium fry and a large sweet tea no ice. I get no ice bc by the time I drink it down it’s usually watered down with ice so it’s better for me to get it with no ice. This being said, my burger had pickles on it 🙄 and they didn’t fill my cup, they filled it to an imaginary fill line that’s about a thumb length down from the lid and said that’s where they fill it with no ice. To which I replied I don’t care if I have to pay extra I want a full cup of tea not a partially full, if I wanted less I’d get a medium or a small, and this is the first McDonald’s to ever do that! There is a young girl there that works the drive-through and never greets you. All she says is go ahead with your order. When I worked there 20 years ago you got fired for that period so I proceeded to ask questions honestly just to see where her head was at and the level of her frustrate tion came through Loud and clear. Every question was answered with oh my God and then a 1/2 hearted and wrong answer. I was asking about prices and she was getting frustrated and telling me that it's on the menu when in fact it wasn't and her manager had to end up telling her what the price was. I told her never mind I was canceling the order and going somewhere else and she replied with "bye". This girl does this regularly when I pick up Breakfast for my girlfriend.
