I ordered in the mobile app, two dinner boxes. If you donât know thatâs 1 medium one topping pizza, 5 breadsticks, and 10 cinnamon sticks. Since I ordered 2 I shouldâve gotten 2 medium pizzas, 10 breadsticks, and 20 cinnamon sticks. I got everything, but when I opened the box I noticed I only had 10 cinnamon sticks, so I call the restaurant to let them know and the worker informs me that I will be transferred to a manager, and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I decided to hang up and just go to the store in person because no one answered. When I got there I let the worker know that I just called about my order and he gets the manager which I inform her what happened and she started talking over me basically saying I was wrong so I showed her the receipt and of the food I received, and she gives me a snarky comment after this saying âwell I packaged it so I know itâs rightâ so I told her that it wasnât right and I have a picture and I showed it to her and she then started trying to tell me that I only got 10 in a box deal even though I ordered two, so I opened the mobile app and showed her that one order is ten and I paid for two full orders which it shouldâve been 20 and she pauses, and then says oh I packaged it wrong, so instead of admitting her mistake first she sat and argued with me, and when I got the pizza it was so lazily packaged that I was surprised a manager packaged it, I had two slices of pizza completely separated from the pizza itself. Their âmanagerâ which I put in quotations because she was very unprofessional and rude for with how she handled the whole situation. A good manager would have picked up the phone and if they couldnât and the customer showed up they would approach the conversation listening and understanding, not aggressive and argumentative and they wouldâve admitted and apologized right from the start that they were the ones in the wrong, and that they packaged my food wrong. Giving 3 stars not based off the food but rather the service.. today I ordered food, drove there, picked it up & got home to realize they gave me the wrong pizza, I called & told them, the guy on the phone didn't seem to believe me? I told him I have my receipt with what I ordered & a pizza that didn't match.. he said bring the pizza back up & my new pizza would be ready in 15 mins. I drive BACK up there & the broad at the window whom originally gave me the order the first time & wasn't too pleasant the first time either, looks annoyed to see me again & looks totally confused about why I'm back, like the manager didn't relay the msg they messed my pizza up.. she's gone from the window for a good 8 minutes & then a new girl comes to the window to tell me, she just put MY pizza in & to pull around & wait 10 minutes.... needless to say, 10 or so mins pass & this girl comes out looking annoyed at me & gives me my food.. like sorry for bothering you, AT YOUR JOB... ??? The first online order never came took the money out right away, and had to wait days for a refund. Second time ordered again, through the call center. Order never came. Tried to get in contact with the store, called at least 15 times. No one would answer the phone. Kept getting directed to the call center who would just transfer me back to the store and still never got in contact with anyone.. the customer service line was unhelpful and disrespectful. Iâm very unhappy and will take my business elsewhere from now on. If you donât have enough people to work, or whatever the issue may be donât accept the order and my money.. this now becomes and inconvenience for me. I donât recommend...
