Margarita King Tacos & Tequila — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

My wife and I wanted to try someplace we had never been and honestly the funny farm sign is what got us into the parking lot. We figured we were already there so might as well give it a shot waited to be seated for about 15 min (not bad for a sat night @ 7pm). Once we got seated a very nice young lady took out drink order a flight of margaritas and we asked for an order of queso, 45 min later a waitress came over with 2 glasses of water and apologized that she wasn't aware we were seated in her section (understandable) but then another 20 minutes past and still no margaritas or queso. Margarita flight finally came about an hour and 15 minutes after being seated and she took our order did not write anything down and still no queso. 30 minutes later food comes out and the queso. my order was wrong I informed the worker from the kitchen that brought it out and he seemed irritated that it was incorrect but said he would have them remake it I would have eaten some chips and queso while waiting however all of our chips were already gone and no more we're brought out My food finally came out and I asked the waitress if I can get more chips and a large margarita however neither came also my food was wrong for the second time but I was not even going to waste my time asking for it to be remade again as we were over the 2-hour mark now at this point the waitress came back to see how the food was and I informed her that I was still waiting on the chips and margarita but just wanted the check instead along with a to-go box for the queso I had no chips to eat with. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and I ended up going through the drive-thru at Taco Bell after leaving I would not recommend this place to anyone if I would have been there alone I would have walked out without paying however My wife insisted that we paid and left at least a small tip before leaving I feel like I was robbed I could have received better food faster for less money with better customer service from a food truck or the waffle House at 2:00 in the morning if I could give this place negative stars it would...

In from out of town while working and came in with my friend. First, loved the kings chairs, cute touch. We were promptly seated by Kylee, the supervisor on duty and our bartender and server as we sat at the bar. The restaurant was cozy with the wood and stone and had a nice feel to it. Kylee made us fantastic margaritas while we looked over the menu, mine was blue raspberry and my friends was frozen banana which was delicious. My friend ordered fish tacos which looked great and we're made with homemade corn tortillas. I had the steak fajitas and they were delicious. The food and the drinks were delicious but it was Kylee that made the whole experience fantastic!! Even if the food was awful, I'd come back for her and her service alone. First off we tried calling to see how long the wait was being 7 pm in Nile’s we didn’t want to have to wait too long with our 7 year old but no one answered the phone I heard the phone ring at least 4 times while we were there they never answered it.. We did get seated as soon as we got there but the Hostess/manager maybe was rude we got seated right next to the live band playing we asked to move but they told us no because they had a large party coming in and they needed the empty tables. It took over 10 minutes for the waiter to even recognize we were there to come take our drink orders. The enchiladas were not good shards of dry chicken. My wife liked the margaritas but other than that it’s not worth what you pay. It seems very overpriced for a Mexican restaurant. If the food was good I wouldn’t have minded the price.
