Im floored to say i had a very Bad expierince today...i recieved a crispy chicken for my 10 years old...and he took a bite and nearly Vomited...I figured he was Just Dramatizing? I took a bite to see! I CHEWD AND THEN IT HIT ME! WHRN I SAY ALL BAD! IM TALKING REALLY WRONG...I POLITELY LET THE GIRL AY REGISTER AND DID IT AS A WHISPER AS TO NOT HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS KNOW OF THETE MISTAKE...THIS IS MY WORDS TO JER AT A LEAN IN WHISPER..: I QOUTE: MAM! THIS doesnt taste Good! Something is not Right ...verbatum...... She Somewhat with a polite yet annoyed Rolling of the Eyes turned walked to the back.....Then male manager with a Vest of wool comes out, (head down)no eyecontact) swift paced) I said: Hello! He responded with nothing and pulls money out the cash Drawer and with much uneasy frustration forces money to my direction.....I resonded "whats thus for?" He then with a Dark and condencending communication says: You wanted a refund and your money back because you said the crispy chicken was absolutly Discusting........I look to my right and make eyes with a stranger in line...He shakes his head and says wow? ...i looked at manager and let him know that thsandwich was not pallitable fore sure! Call it what you will...But I just wanted to feed my Son and wabted something else or a go at another same Chicken Crisspy..Then his whole demeaner switched to a major attitude and still condicending, now he adds look of of discust and acts as if i offended him then.....(in a awkward sqwelchey some what high pitch tone) Says: what do you want this Time? Like hes trying use his intention to Sqwash or invalidate my character or raddle my cage.....and. He did! I said : "Your being a prick" If your having a bad day? Then you can fuk off ! And i hope it gets better for you.....Hes words were forced with unexspreced Resentment....as he pushed out have a great day! With same attitude and a waxed enthusiasym.....He better Hope that my son or myself dont get sick over this: and i hope not for many reasons....this could potentually be something of a major outpoint for any company......    Read moreStopped in on my way from Las Vegas Nevada to Eugene Oregon I was in a moving truck, when I got in their parking lot they were not opening for 15 minutes so I sat and waited. I had just driven 14 hours and wanted to grab food and a coffee to go and then be on my way to find somewhere to rest my eyes. I sat outside the door till about 505am talking to a male employee who was diligently shoveling snow outside when a female employee with red hair possibly a manager opened the door after they were supposed to be open to tell me to move my truck from her COMPLETELY EMPTY parking lot. I then stated that the vehicle was too big to go to the drive through or anything so can I wait and order my food to go and then move it? She said no, I then asked "where should I move it since everywhere is cluttered with semi trucks due to the massive snow storm that came through the area to which she replied with a blank almost braindead expression on her face "I dunno, down there" and points to a snow covered road that has semi trucks packed like sardines and then pulls her head back in the door. I then said I would move my truck and find somewhere else to eat. The good employee the was shoveling the snow tried to talk me into still eating there but I declined. I then moved my truck to over to the near by pilot station where I bought food and a coffee. I sat and ate my breakfast and watched as not a single vehicle pulled into their parking lot in the time it took me to get my breakfast and eat it. The guy outside the place should be commended for his hard work while the rude woman doesn't need to be fired but definitely demoted and sent for customer service training. I could have placed my small order and then left in a matter of possibly 5 minutes if they got the food out quickly. I could see making me move and being rude if I was hindering business but I was out of the way in an EMPTY PARKING LOT!!!!!! The food already is terrible, its bad for you, and then add a nice little cherry on top of piss poor customer service......this is why McDonald's revenue is...
   Read moreI drove through the drive-in and order hotcakes, hashbrowns, and a strawberry banana smoothie. As I was about to drive away, I noticed my pancakes were completely frozen solid. I went in the restaurant, went to the side, and asked for the manager. A blonde woman who was ringing people up said she was the manager and I said "my pancakes are frozen solid" she said "all of them?" I said "yes". She took my plate and threw the utensils and syrup on the counter and it spilled everywhere. She went back and told who I assumed was the assistant manager or a co-manager, a tall man, and he immediately got new pancakes for me. He packaged it SO CAREFULLY, he gave me extra syrup, butter, and utensils. He continually apologized (like four times) and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I said no, thank you. Then he cleaned up the "managers" syrup mess she made. Grown woman can't even clean up her own mess.....Whoever that guy was better get paid more than that rude blonde lady. She never apologized and gave off such a bad attitude. I understand it was busy but I had a FROZEN MEAL. Both managers should be in the back watching everyone make/prepare the food, not taking orders which is the EASIEST thing to do. I've never met a more rude person. I was shocked she was a "manager".
