I don't normally write reviews but after my third bad experience here I had to say something. I've been to other locations dozens of times and they have been good. For some reason this location can't seem to get it together. The real disappointment is that I can walk to it and I was really excited about it being built in my neighborhood. Last night we ordered ribs and the tacos a side and drink for $40. The ribs were so hard, the meat was like jerky. I am honestly not sure how they were cut and didn't shatter. Being so hungry at the time I ate it anyway and it was pretty much tasteless. The time before, I ordered online at 4 pm, we went to pick it up and we were told they didn't have any ribs. The cashier said she couldn't reimburse me but we can call a number on the receipt and they will help me. So we had a portion of our meal and sent home without the meat portion of our order. It took many attempts to get someone to answer the phone which made it even more frustrating. Customer service is a thing of the past, decent food appears to be a thing of the past at least at this location. Those ribs should not have been served and shame on me for not taking them back. He arrived a few minutes early and texted he was there. No response. The time came the food was supposed to be ready came, and still nothing. He waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes - more than 40 minutes! After about 10 minutes he walked inside to find someone to help him. I also called to see if I could get a hold of a live person because he couldn’t find anyone who would make eye contact and assist him. When someone answered the phone she took my phone number to check the order and put me back on hold. After holding for 40 minutes I hung up. My husband had gotten the food at that point. No apology, no discount, no acknowledgement whatever of our lost 45 minutes waiting for our food. What a disappointment. My time is valuable too. I attempted to eat at your restaurant this evening but I stood at your counter for 3 minutes without being acknowledged. We were the only people in line. The dining room only had 2 parties eating and the drive through had 2 white SUVs waiting on the window side. The bossy,argumentative lady with the Mickey Mouse earrings was engaged in conversation with the red headed man directly behind the register. We even made noise to see if either would look. When they stopped talking they both looked at us and without saying a word walked off. A young man coming out of the back noticed us and watched us as we decided to leave. I watched as we walked out to see if anyone would say anything. Nothing. Worse customer service in Wendell Falls. Several weeks ago we observed the MM lady fussing in the back while preparing food.
