Probably the worst service we’ve ever had. We ate here on a Thursday night when only a few tables were seated. It took about 10 minutes for us to get greeted. No worries, it happens maybe our server was doing side work or helping another table. So he greets us, asks what we want to drink. One person asks for a water and he walks away? He comes back with the water a few minutes later and then proceeds to do this to everyone at the table, just grabbing one or two drinks with a few minutes in between at a time. All the alcohol never came until a manger asked if we needed anything. The server had no idea we ordered alcohol? Ok weird? So then we order appetizers and one was forgotten. Not a big deal we just asked for it when he got a chance. It eventually came after maybe 10 more minutes. Then our orders come out, and every single entree was wrong. We had 0 modifications to the entrees, literally just ordered them how they came. The manager was nice and they remade us some food, but most of our party just kept quiet and ate what we got because it took so long. But then they double charged us for a bunch of stuff. By the end we were just done with the place. They didn’t even take off anything from the check. Took us 2 hours and 200$ to receive terrible service and terrible food. Don’t come here. It’s terrible. If you think about trying it don’t. So many better Mexican...

This is a new location so there are certainly things that I know will work themselves out in time. However, the reason for this rating is because: we were seated at a half booth/half regular chair table and when my 65 year old mother went to sit in the booth, the booth moved so much that she almost fell on her butt on the floor - glad she's still quick, seriously! The Host who was seating us watched the whole thing and then said, "oh yeah, don't sit there that booth is missing a leg so it's unsafe." Later, a couple comes in to sit next to us, the woman proceeds to sit on the booth side which if the woman comes out of the booth for whatever reason towards us, she'll have the same issue my mom was having and the woman was much older! The Host didn't say a word and neither did the waitress. So eventually we say to our waitress, the booth should have a sign and if you don't warn that woman we will because that's not right. The waitress was taken back only because she wasn't informed of the missing leg at all. She said she's sure there is a reason no one told her but she's happy she knows now and proceeded to inform the woman next to us who was super grateful for the heads up. We hope the booth was fixed or a sign was put up! Anyway, regardless of this, we will be back because atmosphere was good, food was good and it is incredibly convenient...

If I could give no stars, I’d so do it! My boyfriend and I were really excited to try this place! When we arrived, it wasn’t busy and we were seated really fast. After being seated for about 10 min, our waiter finally comes to our table with chips and salsa and got our drink order. After taking a few minutes to figure out what we wanted, we sat and waited for our waiter to come back to the table. Another family had been seated beside us at this point and ordered their drinks and was able to get theirs in a timely manner. They even ordered their food and yet there we sat with chips and salsa and no drink. We sat there for a good 20 minutes before another wait staff passed by and we asked him if he could get our waiter because we still hadn’t gotten our drinks. When our waiter finally comes back to our table, I asked him could we get our drinks. Now mind you, we ordered a sweet tea and a Diet Coke. We were told by our waiter that they were still making them. STILL MAKING THEM it’s been 20 minutes?!?!?! I can understand if they were mixed drinks but they weren’t! Now the table beside us has their drinks and has put their order in and we couldn’t even get a soft drink and a tea! Needless to say we walked out. Maybe they had an off night. And that’s ok. But, that was it for us. We won’t...
