Update again: They have flights that change each month. They served them in these nice glasses and are a great way to test out new flavors. They were all very good(4 different flavors). I unfortunately didn't take pictures of all of them as once I started, I couldn't stop.

Update: I ordered the cookie monster sandwich, and the cookie was crunchy without being too hard and had just the right thickness to not go soggy. It is big, and I would recommend splitting it or plan to take it home with you.

Original: I got the bonfire buzzed. It tasted like a warm smore even though it was cold. This is a great place if you want to give the kids a nice treat and then take the edge off.... First time going to this place. It is only 4 months old. Very clean establishment. Perfect place to take a date or get ice cream with the family. The ice cream is made to order; they assemble it in front of you and use liquid nitrogen in a stand mixer to freeze the ingredients and turn into ice cream. Very cool! We had the Tiger Stripe (peanut butter, peanut butter cups and chocolate ice cream) and the strawberry shortcake (fresh strawberries, cake batter and graham crackers). The gentlemen that helped us were very knowledgeable about the menu and different ways to customize your order. Each ice cream flavor is perfectly paired with the right type of alcohol to bring out the best flavor. You don’t have to add alcohol to your ice cream. It is optional. They also have “buzzed” (with alcohol) ice cream pints or popsicles...

There are some bad days that can only be made better with ice cream. I don't know who doesn't enjoy ice cream. But the ice cream at Buzzed Bull Creamery in Weslaco, TX. is absolutely delicious. Which personally is high praise because nothing ever amazes me much. It is a party in your mouth, that is cool, soft and smooth and when it slides down your throat leaves you wanting more.
