I don't like giving such poor reviews to places but this place deserves it. Walked in with my daughter sat down there was 4 tables of customers 2 we're already eating. After 10 minutesThe owner lady yells over I'll be with you in a minute, which is fine she was busy cooking but then we knew she finally aknowledged us. We'll by that time 2 more customers came in and sat down and because they were "regulars" not only did they get an immediate friendly greeting immediately ..they also had their coffee before we even seen a menu! So we let that slide when suddenly she walks over to each of their tables with their food and sets it down and again we still don't even have a menu so I get up and ask next to the register if I could at least look at the menu and she says I'll bring one over as soon as I get a moment! By this time only 2 tables have no food that is us and one other! ..so we sit and now it's been 20 minutes and no drink or menus so we are still sitting patiently and sure enough more "regular" customers come in and I hear other customers say ahead of time when they pull in the parking lot that so and so pulled in and she starts their "usual" order! And again we STILL don't even have menus ..so after over a half hour of watching this and still not even a menu we kindly got up and walked out and never went back. Its been a long time ..went there many times before my whole life and even back then if the owner lady was the only one working we would walk out but thought we would give it a try this time and yet it was even worse then when I...

I would give a negative rating if it was possible. Not because of the food but the poor PR expressed at this location. Traveling and always try to stop at local restaurants. I guess this place doesn't want the business from outside their local area. So if you are traveling I would keep on the road to another location. Because it is obviously an inconvenience to serve outers. I walked in and ask for a menu to place my to-go order. The woman working states, "when you sit down I will give you a menu". I sat down at the booth still going to place my to-go order. She drops the menu on the table didn't greet at all. She went to talk to other people already eating without speaking to me other than the rude remark she had already made. I got up and left because I wouldn't want to interrupt her conversations to serve me and my family or make the business money. In addition, I guess she doesn't need good tips today. Love this old school diner! It’s soo antique and classic! Prices are from the 2000s still! We got an omelette (with toast included) and three hotcakes for $14. I wouldn’t say the portions are large which is somewhat expected at diners but for the price it’s still a great value! And you just have to appreciate and respect the two ppl holding it down, both serving and cooking. So with that said, know it’s NOT the place to come in a hurry and expect fast and quick service. This is the place the local veterans and old timers hangout for hours cause it’s their only thing to do lol God bless them!
