Always a fan of a new business and supporting an ice cream shop which creates community! Tasty Penn state ice cream, fair prices at $3 for small and $5 for regular hard ice cream. As a suggestion? Perhaps y’all can redo the parking lines to make the area under the overhang a spot for picnic tables, so remove two parking spots and add back the parking area that has lines for no parking. That way of it rains there’s cover. Plus can add some type of patio string lighting for ambiance. Lastly, a nice mural on the side of building would be nice if you can find a local artist. No doors to deal with the front and left side are Accesible .no pandemic precautions , no WiFi , no sit down or table service, no high chairs . No bathrooms A straight olde fashioned ice cream stand, your car is where the magic happens ( floor to product interface ) . The only thing sugar free on the menu is snow cones ( hoping they develope some diabetic friendly ice cream options ) they use penn state creamery ice creams . We had the pleasure of working with Smiley's Ice Cream Truck for a wedding WE coordinated, and it was such a fun and memorable addition to the day! The ice cream was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with guests.
