Terrible customer service. I am 16 and my friends frequently go bowling at Eastway without any problems.
My girlfriend and a group of her friends (our mutual friends) were out bowling today when a heavier, 50-60 year old employee (from what she describes) with long, blond hair tied back in a bun told the small group of 6 that they weren’t able to join into one lane and instead had to occupy two. They played one game and wanted to be able to play on one lane, so my girlfriend moved herself and friends onto the one lane afterward for the next game when the employee walked over and was being incredibly rude calling my 16 year old girlfriend an “underage drunk” for doing so. My girlfriend, rightfully so, responded by calling her disgusting to which she returned false apologies of “Oh I’m sorry for saying that you look like what you are” and “My bad, do you want me to tattoo saying I’m sorry for you?” My girlfriend promptly left the bowling alley on her own and when her dad came to pick her up and address the problem, the employee claimed she was “intoxicated.” When asked if the employee had video of her flagrant alcoholism, she denied and redirected her father to other topics when trying to get contact information for the manager.

Read moreThe lady in the front with shorter hair had no patience with anyone I called about a birthday party a week in Advance and she had told us that there were no tables left we couldn’t order anything from the kitchen and we were there enjoying our time we had about 15 people there and I had went up to pay and I was going to pay for everyone but some people told me know so I was trying to figure out how many people I was going to pay for and she was being completely 100% rude with me the entire time as I’m trying to pay eventually my mother-in-law ended up paying for everyone that had come out to my six-year-old’s birthday party and the lady overcharged her by two people and my mother-in-law sat down there for about 30 minutes trying to figure this out because she had overcharged her. I will never go back to this bowling...
Read moreHad a child's birthday party here. It was a blast. Even got a bowling pin for everyone to write on for the birthday person. The lanes are really nice. The staff were all really nice and on top of everything. Even though it was a pretty busy day for them. There pizza was good. Have not a single complaint about anything. Even all the birthday party guests had nothing but positive things to say about it. Great family place to spend some fun time together. Our group ranged from 1 yrs old all the way up. Even all the little ones had a blast. They set up gutter blocks for the younger ones and even brought out a thing to help the little ones roll there balls. Great place for...
