I have been shopping this store ever since it opened. The staff and management are fantastic. They are always eager to help. Staff is always pleasant and very friendly. The management of the store Ian and Mary are always willing to help in any way they can and manage a great 👍 team.

Got another survey request on March 7, 2021. As usual no disappointment in my trip to Pet Supplies Plus Harborcreek. The usual friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of things in stock, something I am always concerned about since the COVID issues are still going on. But some how they manage to keep the store stocked. Whatever management is doing, keep it up and do not change like some companies do over time. Noticed after a long run of success some companies back off on things and quality goes down hill. SO PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND NEVER CHANGE!

June 1 asked again about my visit....STILL OUTSTANDING! PLEASE NEVER CHANGE! Not many businesses left that give the service like this store.

June 9 asked about my visit, once again, no problems, my product in stock. Helped by MacKenna and as always she has been a tremendous help. Found out she was recently promoted...FANTASTIC! ...

Maikayla was AMAZING. I took my one year old Cane Corso to get her nails trimmed, and I was a very nervous dog mom since my Corso was a rescue and very nervous/untrusting around strangers. Maikalya reassured me she had rescues of her own and knew the struggle of getting a rescue dog to be comfortable around a stranger. She was so sweet and caring. I told Maikayla is was okay to use a muzzle if needed (because my Corso hates getting her nails trimmed) but she ended up telling me she hugged my dog the entire time and didn’t need to use a muzzle and my dog was very compliant with her. There was a lady who also helped trim her nails (I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch your name) but she was so assuring telling me how my dog did great and how she was very sweet. Overall, for my new dog’s first nail trim, she her and I had a great experience here. I will always come back here for nail trims and any other...

My cat has been under the weather lately, which has honestly been stressful beyond belief. So when I was told by my vet to get a collar for the little guy to prevent him from irritating an injury, I picked PSP because we would be swinging by a grocery store nearby. I am thrilled that I picked the right pet store! Not only did we get a lovely personalized note with a hilarious pun (I hope you have a paw-some day!), we were also given a free sample of grain-free cat treats! As soon as my cat is off his restricted diet, and feeling a little better, he will be thrilled to try them!

This small gesture has made me a customer for life!
