This place is a gem. But when you go with a group of friends. Maybe there is a better way to handle this. Friendly staff, attractively decorated, but we feel... There should be a better solution to place a group order. When it's onesies it takes forever to wait in line, then listen for them to call your name, and all the orders come pretty slowly. Scattered out. Someone in management perhaps would offer an alternative to this. It is a beautiful set up. And patio is fantastic.they surely should ask the city for some bike racks..that is so needed. They are right on the rec trail.Their community room is fabulous. I wish they allowed other community events to be posted there. We volunteer for some other causes and would've wanted to be able to hang a flyer there in this good...

I love the atmosphere, coffee and food options, and mission of The Hub. They are a full service coffee bar with hot and cold espresso drinks, wide selection of hot teas, iced tea, cold brew and drip coffee, two chai tea lattes, and matcha lattes. You want it? They can probably make it! There is also a wonderful daily bakery selection, oatmeal, soup, and several quiche options..The Hub is part of the Volunteer Center of Washington County and staffed primarily by well-trained volunteers. Each week the tip jar is shared with area non-profits making a huge impact - over $19,000 given since opening earlier this year. All this in a trendy, relaxed atmosphere. Full disclosure: I am a volunteer here, but I do come in as a customer several...

What a great place! Was looking for unique places to visit during my stay in West Bend. Found it at the Hub. Run by volunteers, proceeds go back to nonprofits in the community. I wish my town had the Hub!

Had the most delicious drink--Maple Mama. "Pure Wisconsin maple syrup, espresso, milk topped with vanilla bean sugar & carda(momma) spice." Tried it iced with oat milk and it was fantastic. Also tried an espresso brownie which was gluten-free. Think flourless chocolate torte with espresso flavor and you've nailed it. Soooo good.

Last, but not least, the staff working during my visit were an awesome group of women who answered questions about what to do during my visit. Will always make it a priority to visit the Hub when...

Nice place, good variety of bakery, some sandwiches & of course coffees. I don’t know West Bend very well & had to do some re-routing even with Google Maps but glad I found it. Not the usual teenagers or twenty somethings working. Very nice & also efficient! I ordered a Vanilla Bean Latte & a raspberry danish. Danish was flaky could of used more raspberry on it for my liking but very good just the same. I really enjoyed the latte too. I like the window seating also & the fact that ALL proceeds go to local nonprofits! I will definitely be back.

A terrific place to get your jolt in West Bend. Coffee snobs (like myself from Seattle) will appreciate the quality coffee. Entirely staffed by volunteers (!!!) and your tip & profits support the local community. Terrific space to chill, work on your laptop or have a small meeting. Just a block up from the Riverwalk and downtown West Bend. Get rid of (&!#!!) Starbucks & replace um all with karma positive places just like The HUB 🤘🏻
