I ordered online a Medium Handmade Pan Buffalo Chicken pizza, and asked for delivery (pay with cash upon delivery). The order was placed at 7:11 P.M. on a Tuesday. The store is located approximately 0.4 miles from my delivery location. I didn’t receive my pizza till 8:36 P.M. I asked the driver if he expected me to pay for the pizza, and the driver replied ‘yes’. We starred awkwardly at each other for about a minute… and then I politely declined the delivery, and said I wasn’t paying. About 10 minutes later, I received an email from Domino’s offering a delivery insurance claim. I know a couple of the managers at this location, and it was upsetting that this was the outcome tonight. I understand unpredictable busy evenings, and being short drivers, and having a hard time finding/keeping staff… but really… my pizza was over an hour late. And I understand I didn’t pay for anything either… but… I guess I just expect more. I didn’t even want to leave this review, because this location has always done a good job for me… but… dang… I don’t think anyone would accept a 1.5 hour late pizza. I just wanted my pizza… but now I’ll have to settle for a frozen Freschetta pizza when I get home from work. How disappointing… I included a photo of myself… so you could see how disappointed I was… after working 7.5 on an...
Read moreTerrible: I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta tonight for dinner, I have ordered it before and liked it. So tonight when we ordered from one of my favorite places I was excited, then when I received my order it was half the order than I usually get with I'm not joking with 4 small peices of chicken I knew someone must have made a mistake. So I called to inquire about it and I spoke with the manager named Corey. I myself am a manager so I understand that sometimes things just happen but when someone is unhappy the idea of the manager is to make things right.so I'm not Comprehending Corey's job right now because he told me if he didn't have it in front of him he couldn't say if it was short or not. I also want it dulled noted, I have been going here for years and I've...
Read moreFirst I wasn’t sure which store it was coming from but both stores are a two to three minute drive at most. It took 55 minutes to get the pizza and it was a 2 out of 10 for warmth. I bought a thin crust with pepperoni and banana peppers. A fresh pizza turned out to be a reheated pizza. That cost me $19 plus $4.95 plus $4.95. For what I got it was more than I will ever give Dominos again. I’d rather drive to Kroger and get a $6 frozen pizza. There’s on there that is fantastic. The domino pizza was salty rich and too much of something. It was gross. Especially before and after I reheated it. IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR!!!!!!!!! AND IT WAS WAY CLOSER TO COLD THAN MEDIUM WARM. But we ate it knowing it would be the last one we buy...
