The ownership change is definitely affecting service and quality. The portions aren’t consistent at all and your cheated on toppings. We’ve ordered a small happy parfait the last couple times we went and tonight the small cup was only half full instead of to the top as usual. He said something to the young lady that handed it to him and she just shrugged and said we had ordered a small. He tried to explain the cup barely had anything in it but she didn’t care. I ordered the waffle nachos both times and last time the order was wrong but I went with it but tonight it was so messed up I had to say something. It took me talking to 3 people to finally get someone who could do something and then when I got it, it was still wrong. Where did all the seasoned staff go that has been there year after year? Did none of them come back? The employees are so rude and not welcoming at all this year. Customer service is a basic skill. And I don’t need the new owner constantly yelling at us to move up in the drive thru every time a car moves. It’s not rocket science we get it. If you’re that concerned with cars backing up open more lanes like Mr Wren did. He’d have 5 or 6 going on a Saturday night but you only had two. Read moreVery rude to customers and do not listen to concerns. I called to complain about a staff member that was extremely rude and nasty. I waited in a very long line for the drive through. I watched other cars pull in to for other lines on both sides of me. When they proceeded to allow lines of cars to go before me I notified the staff member that I watched those cars pull in after I was there. I was told by that staff “I’m not getting that old” as he proceeded to let rows of cars to go before my row. I then asked to just get out of the line he said “yeah but I didn’t make any mistake” I said yes sir you did. I then called in to complain about how rude he was to me a customer and the reply I got was “yeah you too”. I was extremely disappointed in so many levels because it was unnecessary. Once I asked to get out of line that should have been the end of it, wasn’t necessary to say “I didn’t make any mistakes “. And when I called there was no care for my concern or the fact that I felt mistreated. Myself and my family frequently visited this establishment for years and because of these interactions I will never return. Read moreFirst time goin, got 5 shakes for the kids and me. I got orange shake, my son got hot fudge shake, my daughters got strawberry shakes. Mine tasted like an orange Creamsicle, it didnt last long i got a medium and its was pretty big. My son said said" dad let me tell u......... (sips shake)....... this hot fudge shake!!!" My daughters said "its delicious dad oh my gosh." got quiet and drank they shakes. My youngest daughter still had a lil left so i finished it while she was sleep. (Oh yea i forgot to mention they got the itis after they drank they shakes.) Anyways as i was drinkin yhe rest of this delicious strawberry shake, a chunk of strawberry came with the last bit and my eyes lit up with joy lol. Now u kno u can tell when u get to a place thats completely full of people an cars its gonna be good. When i tell u they got the drive thru set up like Chick-fil-A to move the crowd properly, i mean they had it handled. They have QR codes posted for u to scan an see the menu, which helps speed the process as well.
