In the past, I absolutely HATED this location! I'm an area residential owner and took a chance last month after years of refusing to patronize. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, managers, and swiftness of the drive thru. I was elated by the fact that this is one of the few locations that still "BAKES FRESH DONUTS DAILY"!!!! Needless to say, I've probably put on a few extra pounds this month. I honestly had been visiting at least 3xs a week. My children tasted the difference in the Dunkin donuts freshness. Kudos to the owner and team. Today, though I changed my outlook on customer service there. A shift leader was extremely RUDE and argumentative with me when I asked who was the manager of the establishment. I took my donuts back because there were black specs all over them as well as some in the box. Possibly coffee, but I was going to get a different batch, but compliment the changes and this employee would rather argue than tell me the name of the manager. Overall, this place has great donuts and service normally. I ordered one coffee and a toasted croissant with butter. After waiting outside for 5 minutes and seen two other customers leave I decided to blow my horn. She proceeded to bring out my things I received one turtle ice latte with no coffee and it at all. And a cut croissant not toasted and they threw the butter on the side. After paying $10 for two items I would like them to come with coffee and with my croissant toasted and butter on it. Please be aware who you are hiring because the little girl at the window had a very bad attitude. The whole time while I was trying to pay at the window she had her face and a frown and kept rolling her eyes. Not sure who she was upset with but it's not the attitude to come to work with. They also don't give you a receipt so you can't leave a bad review for them. Very disappointed in them. If this location doesn't change soon I will start going to a different one. Usually it's a little slow, but when I got to the window I noticed that there was a crew of women with the exception of one male. My response to the woman at the window was, "No wonder why the line is moving fast, you have a crew of women back here!..lol" Just wanted to let the staff know that I appreciated their work, and their customer service.
