McDonald's — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order today at 5:47pm for 3 measly Caramel Frappés. I waited until 6pm and nobody served me. So I left the parking spot and parked off to the side of the road to get out of the car, since there was a huge puddle in the parking lot, due to the rain. I get off and enter the McDonald's and nobody is up front after a few minutes a man asked if I want to order and I tell him I ordered the Caramel Frappés. He tells this lady who is working on them that I'm here to pick it up since I waited a good 20 minutes for 3 simple drinks and she yells at the guy saying "THERE'S NO CAR PARKED OUT THERE!" What does that matter if the drinks aren't even done? And I physically got out of my car to pick them up, it's less work for you guys. So I tell her I've been out there for 20 minutes and she ignores me. Then she just puts them on the desk where you pick up and she gives me a dirty look and whispers "Have a wonderful day" very sarcastically. Never...

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location . I visited this location twice this weekend 05/18 and 05/19 . In both my visits my order was given to me wrong . The first visit 05/18 one of the items I ordered was not given to me , so I had to return . Then , on my second visit I requested to do a partial payment in cash and the other on card , but it was all charged to my card after specifically stating what I wanted to do . Then, to top it off when I received my order , again my order was incorrect for the second night in a row . Please note I did have the same cashier both nights . So this could possibly be the issue? I am not sure , but what is going on at this location is not acceptable and frustrating . Its a real inconvenience that I need to double check my orders just to make sure I am getting what I pay for. I will definitely not be returning to this location ever again , but I thought this issue should be addressed so it doesn't continue to...

Really bad service. I live around the corner from this location, and I stop by every now and then when I want something fast and I dont wanna drive somewhere else, and sadly 95% of my visits I get a bad experience, staring with a bad and rude service, wait too much for a simple meal inside, and worst of all, they always miss something, like last Friday 10/12/18, I ordered some Chiken Tenders and a DOUBLE Quarter Pounder, when I get home, I sew that they gave me a REGULAR Quarter Pounder, Fries were old and cold and they never offer Ketchup for fries, I asked the lady for it and she was rude and didnt even looked at me when I got it, just threw it in the bag. Sorry but I work in restaurants Downtown for 20 years and I know about great food and customer service. Unacceptable. You guys need to fix your team ASAP....
