
I used the McDonald's Android app and used the coupon: "buy one premium sandwich get the second one free." Our first sandwich was the new Sweet BBQ Bacon Beef Burger with the Artesian bun. Our second sandwich was the one was the Homestyle Burger with mayo and cheese. No mustard, no ketchup! Friday, is "Free Fry Fridays" with any purchase so I grabbed up there all again and ordered myself up a large fry and got the medium for free! They were nice and hot with tons of salt! Just the way I like them! The beverages... I went for the app again... using the dollar off a large Mocha Frappe. Along with an ice cold McDonald's sweet tea! It all seems wonderful doesn't it? My home style burger was beyond dry. The meat was very well done.I was very disappointed that the patty was quarter of an inch smaller then the bun. When I bit into the sandwich the sesame seed bun was so stale that it started to fall apart in my hands! I would quickly like to request that McDonald's print the first names of the cashier on the receipts. When I complete a review (especially in a service-oriented industries) the individual who provided the exceptional service... I feel, deserves the recognition for the positive environment there creating not only for the customer but for other employees. Read moreI came to this McDonald’s to get some lunch and then I ordered my food I had the code number on the McDonald’s app for my drink. I when and paid for my food and noticed that I didn’t get my discount for using the McDonald’s app so me and the Lady try to used a different code and she couldn’t figure out how to used the code and put it on the system. No offense to her I asked for the manager to help her out I explained to the manager what going on and then another Manager came and told me to pull up and they would bring my food and give me a dollar for the issue with the McDonald’s app. I waited 10 min and no one came out with my food I seen about 5 other cars get there food and leave. I decided to park my car and go see what was going on with my order when I walked in to the McDonald’s the two managers that was assisting me was just standing around talking and not trying to resolve the issue then one of them see me and got my order and gave it to me but never received a dollar until I asked. Read moreWent in around 12:30 pm, my food was hot, the order was correct, everything tasted as it should. My hesitation to give 5 stars comes from the employees working (2 females) telling me they are only accepting cash. First I think it's important to note I was the first customer in line, with two people behind me. I told them that was fine, as I had enough cash with me. I went up to the window and paid for my order and the order behind me (my family members) with cash. When I pulled up to the next window, I noticed the car behind me using their debit card to pay for the car behind them's meal. I asked them if they were told they were only accepting cash and they said no. I'm not sure if this was because it was late and i was the first car in a while and they just didn't feel like taking an order, or if there were actually technical issues. I'm hoping for the latter because I'd be disappointed if this was something that happens...
