Great atmosphere, very family oriented. The customer service is exceptional, some of the best I’ve ever experienced in a Pho restaurant. The best appetizer is the Northern style rolls, they are a mixture of pork and shrimp. It’s a delicacy that’s scrumptious with each bite. Highly recommended, also order 16 is my go to. Which is a combination style Pho. The best part of all is they give you a free refill on noodles and broth. I was amazed when it was offered, all while the lady asked me how was the food and if I was enjoying it all. They offer a very unique drink, that’s a pickled lemonade, which is very addictive (in a good way). This has become our go to Pho spot and we are happy to come here each time. good food. nice and attentive staff. 2 appetizers and 2 noodles for 3 people plus a Thai iced tea each is a lot of food. the different kinds of rolls, charbroiled beef spring rolls and fried Northern style rice paper egg rolls, were very delicious though the prior had a tougher wrapper and hard to pull apart, but the latter was very crispy and flavorful. had the chef's special oxtail noodle soup with extra noodles where the flavors are legit but the oxtail could use a little use more time so the meat can fall right off the bones and be slightly less dry. I like my pho when it's served ripping hot. This one was almost lukewarm. Also, the broth didn't have any hint of lemongrass and almost none of the whole spices that define the flavor profile of a good pho broth. The rice noodles were all cleaned up together, and overall, I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. The rice vermicelli dish was not good at all, like the meat was cooked way in advance and had a burnt flavor to it. It was also served lukewarm, just like the pho.
