Pizza La Italiana — Restaurant in West Covina

We absolutely LOVED this place! Nowadays it's so hard to find a restaurant that has high quality standards and customer's best interests in mind. This one stands out! Honestly I didn't expect this. I am a big pizza lover so you know it comes from expereineced person. So far we tried 3 different pizzas and wings. And everything is absolutely scrumptious to the point that I literally licked the plate clean. But I would just say few words about pizza specifically. It is a high quality home-made pizza, no doubt. Any pizza I tried before didn't even come close to this. You see, feel and taste the difference immediately. The dough is soooo good that I ate all the edges (that I usually always leave) with their amazing ranch sauce and I could just keep eating it if I had more. The ingredients are super fresh and so generously topped on pizza that I was surprised because I got used to all these greedy places who put the fat thick oily dough and sprinkle few pieces of toppings on it. Although as I mentioned their dough is so yummy that I could just eat it by itself. Another thing to add is that it's not oily AT ALL. It's so clean that my hands were not even greasy and we couldn't see any oil residue on the plates either. I don't know how they do it - but it's some serious craftsmanship! And as a bonus - the owners who also work there are very nice, friendly people who really care about what they do and this love to their profession definitely reflects on their cooking! We are so happy we found this little gem that can feed us with the tastiest and cleanest pizza possible! Thank you...

Such an amazing experience at Pizza La Italiana! I stopped in for the lunch special and was blown away by the two massive slices of hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious pepperoni pizza. The staff here truly stands out; they’re incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Unlike other places where you’re just another customer, they really take the time to make you feel like a valued guest. Dining inside was great - the staff checked on me, had small conversations, and made sure I had everything I needed, which made the meal that much more enjoyable. Now this was my first time here, as I walked in i was greeted. I ordered a medium sized pepperoni pizza, something I could relate to. Now I believe I saw the employee hand tossing the pizza dough, it took about 10 minutes to get my pizza. As soon as I got to my car I grabbed a slice, I have to have it while it's hot. The taste and texture of the pizza is unique full of flavor... With that being said how can anyone really compared the taste of pizza. Pizza is good overall.
