Wendy's — Restaurant in West Deptford Township

Today wasn't that great. This location has been running out of items a lately and they don't tell you until after you've paid. Went for breakfast and they didn't have all the ingredients for the items we wanted. This was after we paid and left.

Updated review 3/25/25: Yesterday I visited this location to get a few sandwiches for dinner as I had worked a very long day. I ordered one Baconator sandwich a large fry a son of Baconator and a 10-piece chicken nugget.

The Son of Baconator sandwich was to be made the way it is normally made with the exception of no bun, extra cheese and tomato.

What I got in the specific order was two pieces of meat two pieces of cheese with ketchup tomato and Lettuce. The two slices of cheese were on top of each other not melted there was no bacon. Before I paid I asked the girl in the window if they knew exactly how I wanted the sandwich to be made she said it will be made the way you asked. When I told the girl in the window that it was made incorrectly she told me that it was made correctly and I said that no, it wasn't layered correctly there was lettuce and there was no bacon and I showed her,

She asked for the sandwich took it to the back and had to throw two small little pieces of bacon on top. I can tell her that it was not made correctly and she got more frustrated with me.

Then she sent a cook up the person who made the sandwich and he told me it was made correctly when I explained to him that it was not he took the sandwich back a second time and remade it completely. In the interim waiting for my sandwich I had several employees come to window and gawk at me, snickering.

When they brought the sandwich back a third time it was still made incorrectly. The sandwich still had no mayo and it still had lettuce in it.

I then requested my money back as I had enough of the shenanigans. The so-called manager told that she could only give me cash back which I was fine with. She then proceeds to hand me $26.60, but I told her I paid $26.99 she insisted it was correct. She asked me for the receipt I refused as I needed it as record of my being there. She looked at the computer, asked for the money back just to give me the missing. 39¢.

This location is terrible and for context. I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. It was busy at all during...

Well this is really a review that I don't want to give about Wendy's but I have to say the truth this Wendy's is located in a pretty busy area so I expected nothing but freshness and people . But upon my arrival the drive-thru seemed pretty packed so I said let me run in. I went to enter the lobby and there was a cone propping the door open this didn't make me feel too comfortable because I know bugs are going to fly in and out. I walked past the cone and walked in . When I approached the counter there was absolutely no one there however, a young man turned around looked at me and kept walking to the back of the store. Finally it looks like the manager who was in a rush to run outside to his car for something stopped and took my order. in the meantime I ran to the bathroom to wash my hands when I came back my food was on the counter... actually I'm wrong the clerk walked away around the corner after my change . He walked away so fast and came back with a watery looking punch. I had in fact changed my mind because he said I can have any drink that I want with the meal of Wendy's double classic. Yes I was starving. but he just handed it to me even though I had changed my mind . I I excused myself to wash my hands and when I came back my food was on the counter . Ok now everyone loves to eat their fries before they leave the store as I reached into my bag the fries felt soggy and were not fresh and hot. I was so disappointed. I turned back to the clerk that didn't originally wait on me and I asked him can I please have some fresh hot fries he looked at the timer and said about 2 minutes I said fine. Something told me to turn around and look in the lobby because when I turned around and look there was not one customer sitting in the lobby. There were no napkins in the condiments section there was no ketchup in the pump there were no straws for my drink and again no napkins . I eventually adapted to my environment I ate my food in my work truck because I was not wasting$12 . My burger was okay kind of sloppy and I finally bit into my hot fresh fries after all. When I go back.... Oops I'm wrong I won't be going back!! To that...

First of all try calling the number they have up and of course it goes to a stupid fax machine.. Went there to get my son a cheese burger for the first time in months. My gut was telling me it was a bad idea because we were doing so good with changing the way we have been eating. Well I should have known better. My son cheese burger was fine, but of course I thought maybe I will get a salad. Him not so bad... So I did our order pulled up looked in the bag to make sure all the food was there. I did say to the lady. This is the salad. She said yes, I said wow 9 dollars for this... I thought to myself oh well so be it. I roll up the window and drive home. Get home and give my son his food and made sure he was all good. I go to take out my salad 😱 I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I had ordered there southwest grilled chicken salad. So on there order board. It said it had bacon pepper jack cheese tomatoes and avocados. We guess what!!!! There was one tomato no avocado and no pepper jack cheese and no bacon!!!! What the hell did I pay for a head of lettuce!!!! Yes I know some will say I should have opened it and looked but come on people, most just look in the bag to see if everything is in there. The lady who took my order had it all right on the order board... I just don’t get how hard it is to get a salad right... So of course I call no goes to fax’s... So I will be taking it back tomorrow and getting my money back... Also this isn’t the first time we have had problems here... Thank goodness we don’t eat this stuff...
