Do not order from this location. Worst customer care & service skills ever witnessed.
Boyfriend ordered a simple sandwich online. Waited 45 minutes and watched as tracker stated the order had been delivered, yet there was no knock, not a single phone call, nothing.
He called the store to see why the order claimed to be delivered and he had not heard from a store associate or delivery driver after such a long delay.(45 minutes since ordering from a location less than 5 minutes away.)
A store associate told him that Savannah had called multiple times and even knocked. Not a single phone call has been received or a knock at our door. Trust me, we were listening. When he continued to state that no one had tried contacting him, they kept telling him he was wrong and if he wanted his sandwich he would have to wait ANOTHER 30-45 minutes for a remake.
He hung up and called back after considering why he hasn't been able to speak to a manager and was not being comped for the inconvenience and in short,being called a liar.
The manager Darrell spoke with my BF and said that he would just have to wait and continued the story of how Savannah made multiple attempts of contact even though we had proof that no such attempts were received on our end. My BF told the Manager Darrell that he did not think it was right to be charged the full amount when he would be waiting for a single sandwich for well over an hour and having been treated in such an Ill manner.
Darrell then rudly stated that he would simply void the order and cancel his sandwich all together. Seriously? In no way was any of this the customers fault and the way he was being treated by the staff became increasingly appalling.
When my BF asked to have a cooperate number for contact because of the way he was being treated as a patron by staff and Darrell the Manager, Darrell literally hung the phone up on him.
No sandwich. No compensation. Called a liar by the staff. Treated HORRIBLY by the Manager.... everything was completely uncalled for on their end.
Dominos brand morals and standards apparently dont apply for this...

We live in west des moines in a new development that sometimes the internet says is van meter but we are 10miles east of van meter in west des moines. She didnāt want to hear it and forced us to drive in and pick it up. We picked it up 7 min after we hung up with her just to demonstrate we are t that far of a drive and asked if she could put a note that we are actually West Des Moines like our post address says and she wouldn't. Our neighbors also order from dominos and have it delivered so not sure why this is happening. We live dominos but if you wont deliver 7 minutes away we wont be ordering again. We have young children that don't allow us to pick up orders all the time.
Also, in addition to the inconvenience. When we got home our order was wrong. We ordered and got charged for stuffed crust which is the only reason we ordered the pizza and they can us regular hand tossed. I cant say enough shit about this...

I waited another ten minutes, nothing. I called the store, person on the phone said Iām sorry, we can make your order again and deliver it again. I asked what happened to my order, and he said he didnāt know. I asked if he could contact that delivery person, and essentially said they didnāt know who it was or when it was picked up. He asked if I wanted them to make another order and deliver it a second time, again. I told him I did not have confidence that it would actually arrive. He indicated, well if thatās the case, we will make another one and deliver it a third time, and goes on to say āthird times a charm, right?? Hahaha!ā I said no, āthatās not how this works.ā I asked for a refund. Now Iām hangry, with no food, and posted this comment.
